AMO EFID in Adobe Analytics Reports

Hello All,

We have an issue of AMO EFID getting lowercased in Adobe Analytics reports. Can you please let us know the mapping of EFID's and from where/how those values are pulled into Adobe Analytics reports.

We corrected the url's getting lowercased from Adobe Launch, but still we could see the EFID's are getting lowercased.

    Hi @312 

     

    I found this mapping of AMO EFID on Experience League documentation. However, unsure as to why your EFID keep getting lowercased.
