I have been try to access Adobe Admin Console and only get; 'You don't seem to have access to the Adobe Admin Console. If you think you should, please contact your system administrator.'

We're not using marketing channel detail (MCD) much right now. What are we missing out on? I see it can be configured by marketing channel, which is nice. It doesn't seem to carry classifications when populating MCD with an existing classified evar (or other), so there's duplicate work there. Are there automated processes available or some benefit to using MCD as an Adobe-provided dimension, or is it just a remnant of earlier times?

Hi, I am still stumped a bit on the calculation of Bounces and Single Page Visits - I read a lot of the posts on this site and other articles, but I am still not able to marry the numbers from the front end of Adobe Analytics with the calculations in the backend using the data on the backend. Does anybody have a verified method for calculation of these two metrics? Thanks in advance.

I would like to sign up for Adobe Advertising Cloud but this has, weirdly enough, proved a very difficult and time consuming task. First of all, I can't seem to find any webpage where you can sign up, nor does Adobe customer service seem to be able to help me on their chat. I was referred to a form (https://business.adobe.com/se/request-consultation/experience-cloud.html) which I filled in and whereupon I received an automatic message telling me that I would be contacted by Adobe. So far, I have not been contacted by Adobe. I was then referred to the phone number 1-800-685-4193 and told that if I called that number, someone would help me. Hello! I'm new in the community.At the agency where I work, we are integrating the system with adobe review links to get feedback, and also invite editing by sharing files from the cloud to collaborate more than one person on the project.What is the problem?When I want to open a file I get a message indicating that the file is open by myself, so I can't access it. Even when the file is closed in the browser, the editing link is closed and also closed in PSD or Ai. Confirming that everything is closed, the same message continues to appear “Someone else is editing AdobeCC_Test.psdc. You can either make a copy or wait for (My name) to close it and try again later."We have solved it by completely closing the Photoshop program and reopening it, but it is not the most practical solution, because it implies closing other projects that we are working on and it is not comfortable to do this every time.I look forward to your support on this.Thank you so much!

Hello Experts,In my Advertising Analytics report for Google Ads- the video Ads type are not tracked. ONLY text Ads are tracked. What could be the reason for this? I read in one of the post that Advertising Analytics only track text ads type with the integrated Google Ads accounts. is that still true and not updated in latest releases? Thanks in advance for your replies.

Hello Adobe Community, Need your help! I have the below Error Document vhost configuration written for my site as quoted below - <LocationMatch /> ErrorDocument 404 /content/wknd/404.html ErrorDocument 500 /content/wknd/500.html </LocationMatch> Now, 404 are handled well, but if let's say a page is throwing 500 I am not getting redirected to the 500 error page as configured above. Can anyone please suggest what could be a potential issue here? Thanks,Tanika

Hi, has anyone tried reaching out to Adobe Analytics customer center because a specific Activity ID hasn't been showing up on CGEN System? Worried that the data for the cgen tags under the activity would not be tracked anymore on Adobe Analytics.
