Rules and Portfolios

I want to use a rules based approach (i.e. what AMO calls Bid Rules) along with some campaigns that use the Portfolio Theory Approach. Is this possible?

Constraints are the best way to do this for now. They have similar functionality to the rules of AMO standard but are designed to work in combination with the portfolios of AMO premium. If any bid rule use cases are discovered that cannot be fulfilled through constraints, please contact Chris Haleua and Nick Kim.
