My company has an internal site under a firewall that we would like to track via Adobe Analytics. Will the product work as expected behind a firewall? Is there any other settings or configurations we need in order to achieve this?

Adobe Analytics can definitely work behind a firewall but you would have to work with your IT department to allow the range of IP addresses corresponding to the Adobe Data collection servers.
