Adding Targets/Goals at Report & Reportlet level

Let us at in Reports & Reportlets quickly set our own Level Lines to display on Reports & Dashboards quickly and without having to go through Targets which is too cumbesome currently.  Could be used to show goals, benchmarks, prior time frame levels, all very quickly and easily.

Would simply let us set lines at one or more levels as example below: Green = Goal of 740, Blue = Last year avg. 600

Also let us add a few words describing each that would show in the legend below graph too for each line added.

Using IDEA: Calculated Metrics with eVars to automatically calculate these Targets, Goals, & Benchmark Volumes or Percents % would be very useful.
