Adobe Analytics extension set up - Make tracker globally accessible

Anyone can help me to understand what happen if I use make tracker globally accessible.

Luca,

This will make the appmeasurement JS object (that is the s variable by default) globally accessible. If you have it enabled, you may read and write the s variable from any JS code on the website.
