Can anyone help in sharing some of the resources which would be helpful in learning all the Adobe stack integrations with other tools (target, campaign,audience manager etc bidirectional flow of data) and how user ids get synced across platforms(web/apps) and tools. Any tips and insights to keep in mind during integrations would also be helpful.

I know that Target questions come up frequently in the Adobe Champions Office Hours, so hopefully there is some info there... there is an office hours meeting each month, so that could be a great way to get some specific questions answered (assuming the champs covering the meeting have experience with the specific tools)
