I am experiencing frequent disconnections / session break from both Wifi & LAN. As a result, I have to log in several times.

It's likely your company has multiple public IP addresses and this is changing and Adobe security is logging you out. If you obtain a list of the public IP addresses then a ticket can be raised to client care to ask them to whitelist them to prevent log outs.

Hi Venkatesh, arob87 is correct, and would be the absolute first thing I'd do to troubleshoot this issue. Provide customer care with the IP ranges your organizations uses, and we can determine if logout sessions occur less frequently.

No Jantzen, the moment I login & click any of the link from left " Frequently Viewed" in " New Tab" then the current tab session will close. So, I keep on playing with tabs but none of the tab remain constantly for a minute even. Less than a minute, all 3 tabs session will end.

Venkatesh,

Are you leaving the browser tab open without activity for extended periods of time? The first screenshot indicates that your session has expired. This typically only happens when you leave your browser tab unattended for an extended period of time.

Cheers,
Jantzen

Thanks ! However, I was logging successfully from past 10 months with multiple public IP addresses where I haven't faced logging issues....
