Alerts on calculated metrics

If it was possible to alert on calculated metrics the alerts would be much more useful.  Application volumes go up and down depending on so many factors, so it's difficult to set a threshold.  Application conversion is pretty consistant on our site, so a drop in conversion gives a much better indication of an issue.

    This was written 11 years ago. Does Adobe Analytics still not support calculated metric alerts?! I can create them, but they don't trigger.

    I started getting alerts on calculated metrics.  Can someone please confirm this is a thing and if this works on any calculated/derived metric?

    It would also be nice to set alerts by minute or hour on all alerts.

    This is definitely a big one for us as some of our biggest KPIs are calculated metrics.

    Alerts by hour for a calculated metric such as AOV will allow us to more quickly identify potential fraud.

    This would definitely be helpful. Alerts on straight traffic or conversions aren't very helpful. Conversion rate alerts, especially on an hourly, would allows us to pinpoint issues quickly and potentially mitigating a prolonged loss of sales.
