Applying Workspace Template Updates to Workspace Projects created off Templates

Have a workspace template option to be able and propagate updates made in a template to all and/or selected workspace projects that were created from the template. 

We have close to 100 workspace projects that are practically identical. The only difference between these are just the segments applied to the workspace project and the distribution lists scheduled sends on these individual workspace projects are being sent to.
