Benchmarks/Goals for KPIs

Hello,

 

Are there any monthly, yearly, or grow rate benchmarks for Adobe Analytics or Industry Standards? We just started advertising efforts July 2024 (so really new). Trying to set KPI Goals and Trends based on Monthly, Yearly, and/or Growth Rate data. Primarily B2B business in the technology and government sector. Primary KPIs include UVs, Avg time on page, pages per visit, and pdf downloads.

We referred to https://contentsquare.com/digital-experience-benchmark/ to set our KPI goals. But this was also for the reason we couldn't find many sources talking about Telcos. You may get some reference data from here for sure.

A lot of industries tend not to want to share their analytics from my experience.... and the data that you do get tends to have caveats that can't be fully matched (slightly different calculations, etc).

 

Mostly we look at our own historical trends, but I believe some of our team tries to get insights from competitors, but from where or how trustworthy the source... who knows.
