Bot Rules Upload Enhancements

Hi,

If we have a list of specific IP address to upload to Bot rules we should not need to define an IP range.

Current state we need to provide 3 fields:

• BOT NAME
• IP BEGIN
• IP END

Ideally, we should just need 2 fields:

• BOT NAME
• IP
