Can´t Login through Click Map add-on - What could be wrong?

Hello forum! I´ve downloaded Click Map and installed the add-on on Firefox but when I try login in with my credentials it tells me either the username or password are wrong. The thing is, I use those same credentials and can log in to Adobe Analytics with no problem. What could be the reason my log in ins´t being recognized with Click Map??

    The release is happening earlier. It is on the 8th in two days and the fix for ClickMap is present in it.

    Hi Hyder, do you know if there will be a release on 6/15? If so, do you know if the Click Map fix will be included in that release? Thanks!!

      Hi Hyder! Thanks for clearing up the air for us. Any idea how long till the next release? Will Adobe clients be notified?

      HI Carlos and Andrea, 

      The issue is a known one and the engineering has fixed it. The fix was supposed to be rolled out today.

      However, the release has been postponed due to other factors. This may be fixed in the next release.

      Hello! I am also having trouble with ClickMap. I reinstalled it and am still experiencing problems. It's either not recognizing my login credentials like you said or not even doing anything when I click the Login button.
