Capability to create segment using calculated metrics

A product capability suggestion -

 

In my case, I created a metrics of revenue with tax, which added 2 existing metrics of revenue and tax.  I then would like to create a segment of visits that meet a threshold of the calculated metrics.  Currently, Adobe Analytics cannot create segments using calculated metrics.   It will be useful if segments can use calculated metrics.

    Hi @luliu84 

    You’re absolutely right, Adobe Analytics doesn’t currently allow creating segments using calculated metrics. Segments can only reference raw metrics or dimensions, not derived (calculated) ones.

     

    It’s a great feature suggestion, many in the community have requested the same for future releases.

      I actually have posted it in Adobe Experience Platform ideas section. Then I realized that it may not be the right section to post since it is AEP.  Is that the section you are referrig to?
