CJA: View only Access for Data Views and Connections

This has pros and cons from my perspective- 

Pros
Provides instant visibility for users and makes it easier to review without risking accidental changes.

Cons
The more time stakeholders spend viewing it, the more likely they’ll want to edit or request access—which we want to avoid.

CJA currently doesn’t allow users to view Data Views unless they have edit permissions. The requested feature is a "View Only" access level that lets users see Data Views and their configurations without being able to modify them. This would improve transparency and collaboration without compromising data integrity.
