How to built custom metric for a specific time

Create calculated metric from the analytics component. Use the specific time when you apply the created calculated metric in any of the report.

 

Component --> Calculated Metric

Can you elaborate the exact business requirement here ?, so that we can think of how exactly the calculated metric can be created in adobe analytics, to achieve the same goal.
