Data Loading Issue

Hi! 

I can't load any of my dashboards data, I am getting errors like:

3cf20cc5-5ea5-4cee-b43f-16b1b9cd35d4

Can you please help?

Hi @zouhour_halawi , @diana-maya ,

 

There was an outage in the suggested time period which affected the reporting functionalities in Adobe Analytics.

 

You can check the details here-

  1. Visit https://status.adobe.com/products/1173. 
  2. In the Filter by section, select the Services as Reporting and the impacted date range. 

The issue has however been resolved and you must not be facing the same issue now.
