Data Repair API for repairing custom events

Why is this feature important to you - Implementation issues can sometimes lead to event metric set wrongly. In order to improve data quality, we need a solution to repair/delete custom events for data collected historically.

How would you like the feature to work - We would like Data repair API to repair custom events.

Current Behaviour - Data Repair API only supports repairing dimensions (eVars, props, activity map variables, etc)
