Is there any downtime in tool, as my DW request is pending from long time

thank you for your response, my data was not of great volume. But I think my request was pending as corporate instance had data till Dec 14th and I requested data till Dec 21st. When I changed end date to Dec 15th it worked

Its not typicall down time for these delays..

 

Its request size or volume.

 

If you have alot of columns and a big date range. Try to split it up into smaller sizes.

 

If you have 1 yrs worth then try and break it up into quarter or by month.

 

Also beware large queries as they could fail email delivery so you may need to use ftp delivery...
