Edit Pre Configured Segments in Site Catalyst

Currently pre configured segments can not be edited or used as a template for a new segment. This request stems from the visits from paid search segment. The visits from paid search segment is defined as visit>Paid Search=1 but this is impossible to setup as a custom segment because the paid search element is not available when creating a segment for a visit.
