Enable sharing segments w users when creating/editing segments

I hope the title says enough.

It is clumsy and inefficient to have to create/edit a segment, save it which closes the segment interface, go find the new segment (it doesn't always show up in segments list alongside reports, nor in segment manager; I have had lag times of half a day before a new segment is available to work with!), and THEN use segment manager to share with other users.   Please add an option to do this right from the segment add/edit interface.
