Error message when trying to get info on custom metrics

Has anyone seen this error before? It just started today, but whenever anyone on my team clicks the info icon (either in the components menu or in a free form table), on a custom/calculated metric, it gives this error. And the pop up that normally shows the definition of the metric is blank. But none of us have seen this before/know what it means.
