Filter requirements hierarchical relationship

The filters should become intuitive in CJA and should be able to filter itself as per other filter selections made on the fly.

Ideas need to be posted specifically in the "Ideas" category, and there is a specific format they should follow, including description, why the feature is important, how it would work, and current behaviour.
