Full Processing Data Sources and Segments

Hi Everyone ,

I am uploading a full processing data sources with Visitors id's and a value for couple of evars and a event. The source uploaded fine and data is pretty much visible in SC. I then made a segment out of it was able to use this segment in Adobe analytics . I want to create a Audience out of this segment which can be used in Adobe target etc which I am unable to do . Reason visible for which is that for all the data I have uploaded with visitor id's the data processing engine has not allocated any MCVID against them. Kindly help me find a correct way of doing this.
