Need support in understanding the migration of GTM to Adobe Launch. Also have some licensing and scope related queries.

same as GTM, Launch comes for free. Every vendor supports many tags pur of the box, but typically Adobe is better with Adobe tools, and Google with the Google world. That being said, a tag is just JavaScript and should not be rocket science to integrate.

I would say consider these

how many vendors must be migrated?
- for which do Launch extensions exist and which require a custom script tag to be deployed?
how many rules must be migrated?
- are those highly customized or follow a standard implementation? (here it will surely make your life easier if you already know that for most vendors you have an extension with events and data elements you can use)
Plan time for thorough testing
What is your timeline and budget?
Bonus: are there any known issues on the existing GTM implementation that could be fixed in the new implementation?
