have SC15 count Monthly Unique Customers by Day consistent with SC14

My idea is to have SC15 count Monthly Unique Customers by Day consistent with SC14.

Below is an illustration of how the processing rules in SC14 & SC15 create inconsistent results for counting Monthly Unique Customers by Day.
