How to add html5 app and suite

Our company is launching an html5 based app that we'd like to track in our Adobe account. Can I use our existing H.25.2 code, and just code in a specific report suite id? How would you recommend I proceed, with minimal upheaval to our existing multi-site, multi-suite setup?

We're going to want a lot more info if you want an answer more than, "You can use your existing H.25.2 code". But, given the current amount of info provided, you could most definitely use your existing code.
