Unfortunately, components (eVars, props, events, etc) can't be hidden from the field list in Analysis Workspace.

The next best thing is to create a Virtual Report Suite and include only those components that you want to be visible to your fellow Analytics users.

@aagk123 Yes, you might have to create new virtual report suite and curate components.Here is the documentation on the same for your reference.
