Could be a bug. Have you tried any other browsers? Try clearing out cookies/cache as well for the experience cloud domains. If the problem persist, please log a support ticket.

    It might also be an issue with your Work Network (in the office or VPN)... can you access the page from an external internet connection to see if that makes a difference?
