Hello! I'm trying to estimate the file size before implementing a data feed in adobe analytics. Is this information available anywhere or I'd need to manually calculate the file size based on our total hits? if calculating manually, what's the most accurate way to pull the hit count? Thank you!

Hi There - Did anyone worked on Cross domain tracking/implementation with Adobe Web SDK extension? If the user goes from abc.com to a subdomain like jp.abc.com , do we need to employ the cross-domain handling ?

I am creating a project.I have about 15 Document IDs.Is there a way to name them?This would help me know which Document ID it really is.  

we were recently build Customer Journey Analytics in adobe. we have used Adobe Client Data layer,and XDM schema.but when we create reports its been observed that there arehalf million records as "undefined Page Urls".600k records as no value enteries and 1000k records as Goback enteries. These issue is affecting our abilities to accurately analyze user behaviour.Currently CJA only contains web data. May someone please help me how to debug this.what could be my first step..... Please suggest the all the steps required for debugging such scenario.Appreciate your help very much.Thanks a lot

I have a table where I'm showing 5 rows (top 5). Is there a way to sum the % of just those top 5 rows? My ultimate goal is to show that the top 5 displayed dimensions make up X% of total without having to manually calculate the individual % outside of Adobe.

when i worked somewhere previously, a colleague created this dashboard for a high demand product and we could see the sales and the adds update all day (maybe using the hour of day metric) and then we could see it as a visual and then either we could refresh or it would refresh by the hour. i cannot remember what metrics are needed to do this and then to create the visual after. any ideas welcome.

Hi,i created some processing rules to define the last touch channel of my tracking code.I build my tracking code in tealium, in the form of "utm_data1|utm_data2|...|utm_medium" and i send it to Adobe. My medium usually are in the type of "banner" - "email" ecc..But for example i declared a processing rule that check if the tracking code contains "email" or "Email" and it's before the rule for the Direct traffic.But when i split the tracking code for the last touch channel a tracking code of this type: Active 15.03.24|dengage|email ends up in the Direct channel, some in "None" and just a few in my Email marketing channel!! How it is this possibile?I only check data with a range of date after my modifications to the processing rules because i know that if i make a change to them it is not retroactive, but also after week after the processing rules update i see this type of situation.... help me pls!!email rule before the direct rule: 

Hello - we discovered that an exit link which has an <a> tag wrapped around a <button> is not tracked by the default AppMeasurement exit link tracking functionality.  Removing the <button> tag seems to allow tracking to happen.  Is there an alternative way to code the <button> tag or somehow override the auto link tracking behavior so the tracking can happen?     Thanks for any ideas.

As bit of background before any simple ideas are suggested: I am a long-time Adobe Analytics / SQL / Tableau / Python user and was curious if anybody had thoughts on how they would approach YOY analysis for the following: Our business is in travel - but the same principle could be applied to retail to an extent - our performance is down YOY. There are many different things that could be driving it; for every quote, there are multiple locations/dates of travel/lengths of travel/number of options and, of course - price. In total, there are around 10 key dimensions/metrics, but each of these could be hiidden only showing itself when used in conjunction with something else - for example trips over 10 days in Spain. Some of these dimensions have 50+ options. As you can imagine - this makes the analysis in workspace (other than a segment comparison) / tableau not possible and wou

Is there a way you can test to see if a certain IP exclusion worked and data from that IP address is not flowing to Adobe Analytics?

This particular network call is firing on all pages.I also tried to frame the Internal Search rule with a condition using Path and Query String Parameter, but the appropriate network call isn't firing.Kindly suggest me how to overcome this issue. Thanks in advance.

Team, Anyone had a chance to load unique Marketo munchkin code specific to environments under the Adobe Analytics extension code editor. I need to load the unique munchkin code to the different environment. Like Sandbox Marketo Munchkin code to load only in DEV/QA/UAT site.and Production Marketo Munchkin code only in Live site.

Hello Adobe Analytics Community, we are conducting UAT for Adobe Analytics implementation. We are progressing with verification in the staging environment. While in the production environment, data was sent to multiple report suites, it seems that in the staging environment, data is only being sent to a single report suite. We checked the "reportSuiteIds" item for the websites in both the production and staging environments using a debugger tool. The "isMultiSuiteTagging" item was set to "true" in the production environment, whereas it was set to "false" in the staging environment. Could this setting be affecting the control over where data is sent to report suites? If it is related, how should we change it? I appreciate any guidance or resources you can provide, including links to support documentation that might help clarify these processes. Thank you in advance for your assistance!

Hello Eveyone, Trying to Implement iframe in adobe launchRequirement  - For website ABC.COM, in a page when user click on BUTTON (1), iframe pop up will be open, in that when click on YES (2), it will open form. for reference please check the below screenshot.  I hope you got the question. I have done some reseach and found URL (How to track iframes with Adobe Launch | by lizzi miller | Station10 | Medium), in that they explaned implimentation of iframe. I have followed same method but i don't the see the data pushed into adobe datalayer. Can anyone please help me on this.Thanks! 

Hi all,Just encountering some issues regarding ES6 operations being flagged as errors in Adobe Launch when we try to use them in custom code actions. In 2024. The errors mention that I should be able to add a comment or a flag of some sort to enable ES6 compatibility, but I'm not finding any documentation from Adobe that would tell us what precisely that is or how to use it.Does anyone have any ideas or experience with this? Thanks in advance!Jordan

Our team is noticing an issue with PageName(Adobe provided component/Page dimension.) vs PageName(eVar custom set variable). We are setting each with the same values but we are seeing the PageName(Adobe provided component/Page dimension) not being set sometimes, but on the hit we see all the data that would make up PageName we are trying to set. Additionally on the same hit we are seeing the eVar that we are setting with the same data being correctly populated. Has anyone ever experienced this where PageName is "undefined" but the eVar is populated or something similar? We are setting the values based on a concatenation of three internal values that are set to a data element set to seperate eVars. While debugging we see the three values on every hit. I have checked the Adobe Analytics extension setting, Adobe Launch beacon rules, Adobe Analytics processing rules, edge settings. I am not seeing anything that would keep PageName(Adobe provided component/Page dimension

I have a confession to make; this is not the blog article I was planning to write this week.  In fact, this week's original blog article was practically finished when I received a message.  The message, in response to Part 1 of my series, made me stop in my tracks and realise I needed to cover something far more fundamental before going any further.
