Hi, I am working on a rule in Adobe Launch wherein I wanted to fire it whenever I press the enter key on the element. I have use the Event Type: Key Press in my rule using the class of the element but rule isn't firing. Am I missing something here? Is it okay that I use the class element? 

Hi All,I am facing an issue while merging data from different dataset in CJA. I have used three datasets in my CJA connection with details as below –Adobe Analytics dataset – Event data.primary id – ECID, secondary Id – Lead Idperson key in CJA connection - Lead IdCampaign performance data – Event dataprimary id – Record Id, secondary Id – Lead Id,person key in CJA connection - Lead IdCustomer data – Profile dataprimary id – Customer ID, secondary Id – Lead Idperson key in CJA connection - Lead Id Now when I get data in CJA workspace dashboard, I can see data from three dataset and can breakdown data between event data by profile data [ Adobe Analytics data by Customer data & Campaign data by Customer data] but when I choose to breakdown Adobe Analytics data by Customer data & Campaign data Example –Analytics event data breakdown by Customer profile data – WORKINGDimension - Lead Id (Analytics)Breakdown - Customer Name (Customer Profile data) PeopleLead ID [Analy

We are sending data from multiple websites into a single reporting suite intentionally, allowing us to potentially track customer journeys across different sites. To aid analysts in focusing on specific websites, we provide Virtual Report Suites (VRS) for hits from individual sites (based on Site Section value). However, our chosen setup results in the Entry Page being the initial page of a visit, which may span multiple websites in some cases. When a VRS encompasses hits from a specific website only, the Entry Page may still belong to a different website actually not covered by the VRS. Is there a method to identify the first page visited within the VRS exclusively?

Hi Adobe experts, I have a question regarding unique page visitors. Scenario:I have a website and it has an iframe. On page load, the unique visitor has a value of "new". However, when I interacted with the form, the unique visitor became "new" as well where it should be "repeat".  Here is my setup for the Marketing Cloud:Note that the MCID for both iframe and main page are already the same. The code below was also added on Adobe Analytics extension to capture the New Repeat Visitss.eVar12 = s.getNewRepeat(90); Question:Is there any setup or suggestion that you can give me so the iframe will have "repeat" value without hardcoding them? I already used Common Analytics plugin before but it did not work as well Thanks in advanced! 

Hi people in AA comunity 😀 I'm finding a way to transfer segments & workspace to create the same workspace in another organization.However, it seems that sharing any segments and workspace with the one in other organization is not possible at the moment.Does anybody have found a way for it? It would be conducive if you share how you did that.

Hi,We want to teach our less experienced colleagues with Adobe Workspace, but wanted to start with basic. I tried to create a curated workspace environment, where I would allow users to see only a couple of metrics, dimensions, segments, and then continue with more.I used a test account – took away all previous rights and applied a new product profile with only few items available, to test it.This is what I allowed:  However, when I login as the test user, I still see more dimensions or metrics than I allowed in the profile.  I didn't find out why I see the items I didn't allowed and also didn’t find the way how to remove it. The tester is not having rights via any other profile, nor is member of any other group.  Can you help me find the way to "clean" the workspace for the test user?  I don't want to use project curation. VRS curation is also not the best solution for our case. Creating new users is also not a solution as we have acco

I've discovered a weakness in Rolling Date ranges when they are supposed to be relative to a rolling Panel Date Period. If you have a Fixed Start Date but Rolling end date for the Panel, or if a project is deisgned to allow users to change the panel date range, you cannot create a Rolling Date range that will stay relative to that, because it only considers the Start Date and not the End Date. For example, I wanted to make a Year-on-year comparison period that was relative to the panel date, so users can easily see the metrics for the same period in the previous year. The Start date for the period is easy - simply Current Day (based on panel date) - 365, however you cannot set the correct end date as you cannot predict the length of the Panel Date Range they are going to use (or if the panel date range has a fixed start but rolling end, so it is continually growing). The logical way to do this would be to include relativity to the Panel End Date as well as the Panel

We have campaign parameters set up and we are seeing various URLs populate under this specific campaign. Does anyone know why this would show up as different URLs? The first URL is the correct campaign URL with the UTMs. The first and second seem to be the same, but the second one has an item ID associated with it (naviga_item_id=22060)? And the third one isn't a trackable at all. I have seen this happen a few times, so just trying to get to the bottom of it and see if it's something on our end or Adobe.  

When sharing Analytics components, there is an option to share to a group? How is this list populated? I assumed it was user groups from Admin Console, but I've added user groups to Admin Console and there is no update to the groups in Analytics. Thank you  

Is Adobe Experience platform web sdk server-side tracking? I cam across web skd extension in launch and trying to use it. In order to use it should I need any support from dev team? Trying to understand how it differs from app measurement?

I am facing an issue where my Adobe Analytics page view beacon is not firing. I could see my rule getting fired, the tracker with all the variables is getting set and the logs also show "Firing Page View Beacon". However, there is no beacon triggered. When I call s.t() with a delay of 500ms in a custom code, the tags start firing as expected however, this is not the case with the default action of Send Beacon.

Hi!I want to create a segment for visits from visitors that are in 2 Audiences (x AND y), in segment builder can i build it on a hit level? Thanks!

For the life of me, I cannot think of a use case where Date Ranges (purple) are useful in a segment. I don't mean the (orange) dimensions like Day or Month. Would love to hear any ways in which others have used them.  And if not, I suggest removing them from the Segment Creator UI, as users often get confused.

I'm trying to design a segment that tracks the number of visits to a section of a webpage that views two distinct pages within that section. I've tried using the Appox Count Distinct and Greater Than/GTOET and Less Than/LTOET functions and all either result in a 0, 1, or capture all visits to that section of the page. Any ideas on segments/calculated metrics that can be used together to achieve this?

I can't schedule my project for users that don't have Adobe ID, is there a problem? I also have some projects scheduled in Reports that does not deliver the file in this year.   Thanks Diana

We have a web portal that collects customer ID (CID) on our website. That means some visits include pages where Customer ID is set and Pages where it is not set. I can view all pages seen where Customer ID exists within visit, including those where CID was not set but I want to break the pages down by those CID that saw each non set CID page during a visit. Currently if I make CID Exists segment at visit level, put it in table with Page as the dimension any page where CID was not set returns nothing when broken down with CID.  CID Exists Visit Level VisitsPage:454221Homepage234862Homepage CID Number (breakdown)0  Have done my best to recreate the table above. Table I want but not sure is possible is below:  CID Exists Visit Level  Visits  454221Page: 254862Homepage  Homepage CID Number (breakdown) 254862CID123105 CID12490 CID12595 Any ideas more than welcome, not sure it's poss

Hi all, I am fairly new to CJA and am still trying to get the concepts a little better.So, one of the main questions I have is: what happened to the Adobe Analytics success events 1-999 in CJA? Are they still around and if so, where do I best place them in the XDM?Or is that something that is dynamically derived/determined/set up on the CJA side? Since in AA you could flag one interaction or page view as having multiple success events firing, can I still replicate this in CJA?  I mean technically I could of course define a string Array in the XDM, just trying to avoid the common pitfalls. So, is there an official best practice for this that has proven to work? CheersBjörn

The volume of visits as per the marketing channel is approx 510K, while when I try to check the same volume using Entry Url of page the volume drops down to 291K. I also noticed that my page variables "Entry Page" & "Page" have the exact same visits  490K.Can someone help me to diagnose this issue and understand the problem:1) if Marketing channel is recording more visits2) if my entry url is not tracking properly3) Any other scenario which you may think of.

Hello,I am implemeting `Adobe CJA`.For some of the domain and sub domain Data layers was not implemented.My Question is:Can we progress without data layer (DOM... etc), if yes. what are the challenges we might face in future without data layer or what is the advantages of having Data layer while implementing Adobe CJA.Anything else we need to take care.... kindly share your expertise.Many Thanks

I'm working with a fallout report. It's 4 steps, I'll give some made-up numbers for sake of example that are in the actual fallout report (again for sake of example, setting to yesterday's complete data and setting it defined to visits):step1 - 100 visits (100%)step2 - 90 visits (90%)step3 - 50 visits (50%)step 4 - 25 visits (25%) when trending all touch points, I am getting different results in the percentages that do not make sense to me, using the example above I'd get something like this in my freeform trended table:step2 75%, step3 45% and step4 20%. It's not making sense to me. At the same time, I can trend the volumes (not %) and it will match up with the fallout visit numbers for each step. The Trend all touchpoints (%) doesn't seem to match the touchpoint success number nor does it match up with the total success %, yet volumes nearly, if not perfectly, match. Anyone have any ideas? Am I maybe forgetting something, using it incorrectly/mismatched expectations, or is

How do we create a divergent bar chart in Adobe Analytics

Hi, I'm working with Classifications, which have proven to be very useful when it comes to give more value to our data. We are facing now a challenge, though: some of the classifications might come with multiple values on the same cell. For instance, let's imagine we have an activity ID, which is captured on an eVar, then we use classifications to give this activity more attributes: Key: activityIDactivityName: Webinar on shoe industry in Germany and FranceactivityType: WebinaractivityMarket: Germany, FranceThe problem is that, although I could split that activityMarket into two, I need to allocate them on the same classification level (activityMarket, in this example). I cannot create another classification with the same name, and create a different one, like activityMarket2, would not be useful for us as we need to breakdown only by activityMarket and allocate all values there. Any thoughts on this? Thanks a lot.
