Dear All,I came across a rather peculiar discovery in visitor traffic data. The presence of two or three unique visitors per unique visitor ID strikes me as highly unusual. How could this be possible? Thank you  

We have a page in , where we have implemented click through ACDL datalayer.Set the event in rule correctly . But then when click the the server calls multiply every time.Does anyone experienced this or have any idea what could be the issue? I am already thinking of push data layer through launch only  and then recieve it through other rule.Instead of using , ACDL written through AEM..

I am looking for a way to see which reports suites were last used by which users.Using logs, I can see which Analtyics users were looking at which Workspace reports and when they looked. But not the report suites used in those reports.Using Groups in Admin, I can see which users have access to report suites, but not if they have actually been using a given report suite in Workspace.My task at hand is understanding which report suites might no longer be useful and evaluating the level of need for occasional users. 

I have a workspace where I have singled out 1 visit and I see multiple Last Touch Channels. Could anyone give me an explanation how this could happen?

Hello,  I don't have access to any AA account, but I am preparing a guide to track UTM parameters (mainly utm_id) with AA to be able to use it as dimension in reports. Based on various sources I found and discussions with AI bots, I have these steps:Go to your Adobe Analytics account and navigate to the Admin section.Click on the Tracking Code option.In the Tracking Code section, click on the Edit button next to the tracking code for your website.In the Tracking Code editor, find the section that defines the s.campaigns variable.Add the tracking code to the s.campaigns variable: utm_idSave the tracking code and publish it to your website.Could you please confirm that these steps are correct? Are there any blockers or variations? Is anybody able to provide me with screenshots from AA? Thank you in advance.

We have two products that provide the same downloadable content. The content is just accessed differently.  We have the server-side tracking enabled on Product A but we are unsure if that exists for Product B (however we have the standard tracking enabled for Product B ex. click tracking using Launch).  We want to verify if the content in Product B is also being tracked using server-side tracking so as to not double-count the content downloads.  I have used F12 -> Network Tab -> filter by "b/ss" and see the responses tab -  but all are either: Or Any help is appreciated. 

I see the documentation for filtering link-tracking.  Track Links Using the Adobe Experience Platform Web SDK | Adobe Experience Platform We want to keep the download links and exit links for automatic links tracking in the WebSDK and disable custom links.  We are not finding the custom links helpful so want to not capture them. We do want to capture Activity Map values on the resultant page. Does anybody know what the code for that would look like? AppMeasurement code automatically sets the exit link to the "destination url" and also sets the "page url" of where the exit link was clicked on.  WebSDK sets the exit link to the text of the link and does not set the "page url".  We are going to have to play with this to make sure to send in the page url.

Hello,  Hope all is well with everyone 🙂 I'm very new to AA and I have a task which involves importing a classification file, associated with an evar. I've followed the guidelines and believe everything should be fine - data related. I had to import via ftp since there was a warning saying the file was too big (8mb - I think perhaps it's referring to the amount of rows).  My question is - I can't seem to monitor this anywhere... Isn't there a status or something? It's been almost 24h and nothing has been imported...  I've noticed that if I import a sample file directly with 2 or 3 rows, it gives me a status header saying something like "SAINT FILE IS BEING PROCESSED".  cheers,

How have others used custom GPTs to analyze data? Although this feature is new (November 2023).I've begun discovering how I can include a custom GPT in my A/B testing workflow: https://chat.openai.com/g/g-tBOqWs4ff-a-b-testing-assistant We use Target and Analytics for Target reporting and although I provide awesome A/B test progress and results using Adobe Analytics, I've found that adding the custom GPT to my workflow has saved a bit of time every week as well as helped deliver consistently awesome results. How are others leveraging the new generative AI tools out there for data analysis?

We are upgrading our sites to the latest jquery 3.7.0.  We currently use at_1_8_3.js, at_2_5.js and at.js.  These contain events that have been deprecated.  Are there more recent scripts to use that are more compatible? These appear to still be working currently but wondering if we can upgrade to something better.

Does anyone know if it is possible to convert old RB reports so that they run on CJA RB?  I am guessing not but I thought I'd ask before we start the process of building everything from scratch as we migrate across.

I have been seeing that in some launch properties, they have been using seperate rules for only firing beacon where it is set order 90. Here is the case,There are two rules namely1.)All pages|Global load|Set - It has, Library top event and in action Set variable AA extension .Order 502)All pages|Global load|Fire - It has same as above in event and in actio only Set Beacon . Order 90 Can someone tell why people create 2 rules seperately , Can someone tell what could be the reason and Alsi, is this the Best practice?

Hello, I can't find any reference to this question, so I am asking here. Our web site contains some product carousels that scroll right/left. On the web, you can scroll it by clicking on the popup arrows that appear when you mouse over the edge of the carousel. In the rendering of the site on a mobile device, those arrows are visible, but it also is possible to scroll the carousel by swiping. Is there a way for me to track those swipes? I feel certain that most users will swipe first and only fall back to tapping the arrows if swiping does not work. My suspicion is that the answer to my question is "No," but I want to be sure. Thanks. mp

Do you suggest product classification on the purchase page or would u recommend having merchandising eVar?   As, I am thinking to classify the product SKU with all the product specific metadata like color,manufacturer,brand etc . I am not sure if I use merchandising eVar though?

We are closely looking at our traffic. Both Direct and Session Refresh (Internal) are unticked in terms of Marketing Channel Attribution.If a visitor comes to the site and Direct is their first touch, within the same visit, what is the expectation of the internal link clicks in terms of how Adobe would see the channels?  

I am new to Adobe Analytics, and now I have a new ticket to do some changes on the preference page, I need to change the company preference enable this and apply it to all AA workspaces, and all my projects have multiple report suites(dev, qa and prod), so I only want to influence the dev suite for some local testing without impacting prod environment when I save the new preference, also I can sync all the changes to qa and prod suites after it is successfully on dev, how can I make it, TIA.

Hi everyone , I usually notice we used to get pageview call with the method GET but here in my website we are getting POST  method .Also one more iisssue , in some pages we are getting 2 pageview call one with POST and other one with GET .Can anyone please explain me , what it is exactly, how this  can be resolved ? Which one we are supposed to get and will they reflect in analytics?
