Hello, I have my API credentials and permissions all set up properly and I have hit a wall on my import script. I’ve hit a wall at a 500 error, despite everything looking correct.Can someone who has an active and working API classification update script please share it with me? Remove any sensitive information of course, I just want to see the script to compare it to what I am trying to set up. Thabks!

I have the same gtag script that runs in English and French version. gtag works in French page, while it doesn't work in English.gtag not defined, conversion is not recorded.Note: Gtag is fired in one rule, Conversion is fired on a specific page using another rule. This gtag rule is not changed recently. Both En and Fr page were working fine, and not sure why it has suddenly stopped working. Any insights would be greatly appreciated.

 I'm using the Adobe Mobile AEP SDK in a React Native app and trying to retrieve the Adobe Marketing Cloud ID (MCID).Currently, when I test it using app.mcid, I’m getting the literal string: app.mcid = "adobe-marketing-cloud-id"I'm not sure if I'm accessing the correct method to retrieve the actual MCID, or if something is misconfigured.Can someone guide me on the correct way to get the real MCID using the AEP SDK in React Native? Also, is "adobe-marketing-cloud-id" just a placeholder or default value?Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

What is the best possible way to get all the clickstream data directly from adobe analytics to snowflake?

We are implementing the AEP Mobile SDK in our mobile app and have configured the app to use the Production environment App ID from Adobe Launch (i.e., configureWithAppId() is correctly set with the Production ID).However, the Launch tag property is still in "Development" status — it has not yet been published to Production.Our main question is:Does having the tag property in an unpublished “Development” state prevent the SDK from successfully sending data to the Production Adobe Analytics report suite — even if the Production environment App ID is used in the app?We are currently seeing "unspecified" or missing data in the Production report suite, and suspect that the unpublished Production environment may be the cause.Please confirm how the Launch publishing status affects mobile SDK behavior and data flow to report suites.

how do i create a cohort segment for users who first came to the site on a specific date? SAy users who first came on 2 specific days in february. I want to know how often they return each month since then. (the date of my cohort would be from Feb until July)

Hi, we have shadow DOM elements (#shadow-root (open) ) on the site and I have observed that the "click" event type doesn't work in the listener (using plain javaScript). However, substituting it with a "mouseup" event produces the relevant outcome. Namely, I am talking about our custom activity map implementation. Has anyone come across this before? Thanks.

Hi team, I’ve learned from my colleagues  that one of the months in my historical Adobe Analytics data contains duplicate pageviews due to an incorrect s.t() implementation.The issue was fixed long time ago, but I’m wondering if there’s a way to deduplicate these pageviews for a specific time period using a segmentation approach.I was considering a general rule like:time.period is ="date“ AND include hits where the page exists and does not equal the previous page”but I’m not sure how to implement this so that it applies to all pages (not just a specific one).Any thoughts or recommendations?Thank you!

Hello, We have the Qualtrics survey for our support website and we wanted to integrate the survey with AA. We have followed all the steps from the below link:https://www.qualtrics.com/support/integrations/adobe-analytics-integration/We now, are successfully receiving survey responses along with response IDs that are getting captured in a specified variable that we defined. However, we are not able to get the context data/dimension mapping done. For ex: we cannot break the survey by country. language, page, product, etc. Qualtrics Engineering team confirmed that everything appeared to be correctly configured on their end. They advised that the next step would be to contact Adobe Support for further context Please help to understand if we need processing rules that need to be implemented, if yes, how to do that? Also, if there are some other troubleshooting step that we can explore?

how to filter all dimension/metric for a specific dataSet in the CJA dataView configuration screen ?

I followed this link to access the GSK pro login and registration metrics. However, I see that the data only runs through December of 2024. Can we get this updated to reflect the available dates in 2025? I selected the This year option under DATE RANGES option but it only reflected data as recent as December of 2024. Leadership is asking for updates by Thursday morning (Eastern Standard Time) so any guidance would be helpful. Thanks!

Hi Team, We are using Optimizely as a CRO Tool but we have Adobe Analytics implemented on the website for tracking purpose. We have one CRO experiment and want to send its Original and Variant data in Adobe Analytics. I am using below code in Original and variant so that I can use the custom link item to identify the user behaviour  of both original and variant  in Adobe Analytics.      if (window.s != undefined && typeof s.tl === "function") {  s.tl(true, 'o', 'defaultOffersLayout');} else {  console.warn('Adobe Analytics is not initialized: window.s is undefined');}  So wanted to ask if I use this code on the load of original and variant experience, would be there any issue  since custom links are used  for click tracking but here we are using them for page load.  

We are using SPA react based components. Need to track link clicks authored in RichText fields used in multiple components and push them to adobeDataLayer .  Please advise, how to target and trigger those events

I am attempting to display segment descriptions upon information hover in Adobe Analytics workspace What’s the problem or error? Based upon my memory of past performance in Adobe Analytics, it was originally possible to hover over the information icon to view the description of any segment.  Currently, this has changed to only show top initial values and no longer provides any description like it did in the past. What have you tried so far? I have attempted to go back and find old screenshots, but I no longer have the old laptop I used to use that could prove this.  I don't believe this is a false memory, either, because we've depended upon the information icon to demonstrate information about segments and other components in the past.  It's what makes the information valuable!  Please do not inc

I've created a 2-column layout in the new design editor: An image on the left and text on the right. When the text section is taller than the image on the left, how do you do a vertical-align: top on the image? I am not seeing it on the interface. When I go down to the custom styling section and add: Vertical-align: top, it gets overriden and changed to Vertical-align: baseline.
