I want to know what's the return visit rate of users who watched a livestream. Would it be best to set up a segment? How should I set up my tables to get this data.

On any given page, I track the following interactions:Video viewsAsset downloadsInteraction with page navigationInteraction with body componentsEngagement with the chat bot50% and 75% page scrollTo evaluate the performance of any page, I want to create a single metric that incorporates all of these interactions. I am considering a straightforward approach as follows:Create a segment that includes visits (visit container) with video views, asset downloads, interactions, engagement with the chat bot, or a 50% page scroll. Let’s name this segment "Page Engagement."Create a calculated metric:(Page Views where Page Engagement Exists) / Total Page ViewsAdded screenshots for reference. I would appreciate any recommendations or alternative approaches and would welcome suggestions on how to improve or refine this setup.

I wanted to track the fallout rate between two pages:  a homepage and a conversion page.  Easy peasy.  Then I decided to dig a bit deeper and trend the touchpoint.  It doesn't work.  If I do a fall out for any given day in the range, it is lower than the one reported by about 10%.  Not a trivial difference. What am I missing, or is there a bug? Which data point is the reliable one?  Note that if i break down a day by hour, there is a similar impact.  Averaging the elements manually, does not equal the average displayed.  

Hi.I've created a free-form table with metrics in the rows and different time ranges in the columns. I would like to add a third column showing the % change between the two time ranges.Is this even possible? I´ve tried to scribble it on the screenshot. Many thanks for your effort in advance.BR

One of our business units has their marketing channels set up with Direct Load as a channel and with it checked to Override Last Touch Channel. I know this goes against Adobe's best practices, but what are the implications of having it set up this way? What does this do to your data? Some in the business believe that it simply prevents the next session from getting attributed to another channel when its a Direct entry, but I would assume just using default attribution metrics would do this. So are we actually doing something else or more when we have Direct checked to Override Last-Touch Channel? 

I would like to clean my workspace from unnecessary segments and metrics. To do this, I want to use api 2.0. I managed to connect to Adobe and get the list of components, but when I try to delete a segment, I get status 403. My permissions are not sufficient to modify and delete a segment. I am a system admin and I am trying to delete my own segment. In scope in the api project, I cannot add "segment.delete". Please advise what I should change to be able to delete segments using api 2.0.

Hi,I am trying to implement Adobe Analytics via GTM for a client. The data layer is not currently implemented on their website and I am pushing the data via custom data layer push in our demo website. The initial setup is working fine and I have tested all events and evars flowing into the report suite. However, when trying to run the tag with the s.products call, the default product variables are not visible in the report suite. I have attached the screenshot of the call and the code for the custom HTML tag in GTM. Since all other data except the default product variables is getting populated, I am not sure how to proceed with resolving this. Hello Community, We recently found a bug on our site that the AMCV cookie which contains ecid is not being set when page gets loaded for the first time. It is being set after 2 or 3 page loads. After some debug, i figured that this is likely happening due to the Opt-in settings we have in ECID extension. Within ECID extension, we have configurations below: "Previous Permission" uses a "onetrust: adobe consent" data element which returns either true/false for below objects based on our CMS OneTrust active consent groups on the page: return {aa: analyticsConsent,aam: aamConsent,target: targetConsent,ecid: ecidConsent}; When i look up the value of "onetrust: adobe consent" data element in the browser after the first load, i can see that it is setting everything as "true"However, these values are not being passed to adobe as "true" for some reason and when i look for adobe.OptIn.permissions on the console, it is returning the below result.Can someone help me explai

We would like to be able to group these channels through “Marketing Channel Classifications”.This is what I have started to do through this section:  I have included the exact name of each marketing channel created, but when I see the results I can't see this grouping. I was reading the documentation on Diagnose Data Discrepancies in CJA. Here is the URL (Customer Journey Analytics FAQ | Adobe Customer Journey Analytics) and screenshot below.  What is confusing me is how the example is worded. If someone deleted the data set from AEP, then the data set should be deleted from CJA. Deleting a dataset in Adobe Experience Platform data lake stops data flow from that dataset to any Customer Journey Analytics Connections that include that dataset. Any data from that dataset is automatically deleted from the associated Customer Journey Analytics connections. What am I missing? Shouldn't CJA only have the single data set? Thanks!

When get to the part to generate a token, I am taken to a screen to authenticate my Adobe login credentials and that's OK. I am then taken to a screen where I select the Company and there the process laid out in the video drops dead - no token is generated and an error Denied or Unauthorized comes in the console (browser or Postman client).

In my company we have set up the marketing channels in the best way, but the results I see from workspace do not convince me and I think there are errors in the processing rules, but I do not know how to solve them. The main anomalies I see in the data are: The main anomalies I see in the data are:- 55% of the audience of the marketing channel "direct" is from Referrer Type "Search Engines", specifically the majority comes from Google.In the Processing Rules "direct" is my last rule, and above it are the rules for the "search" channels. Hello Team,Is there any known issue / limitation in CJA where segment level relative date filters on one dataset don't carry over correctly when you include metrics from a second dataset?

Apologies for a repeated topic. We get roughly 10M UV per quarter. My new visitor logic is (Visitor Container | Visit Number = 1). With this logic, 90% of my UV are "New Visitors." Do I need to adjust my logic for new visitors? This doesn't seem accurate at all.

I've created a free form table, my dimension is marketing channel  and my metric is visits the number comes up as 111,567 . However, if I were to add in unique visitors to the same table with the same date range, my visits changes to 156,283. Is there a reasoning for this change? I saw that @jennifer_dungan had answered a question similar to this but, I'm not sure if there was any reference to the date range.  From answered the post, it says that visit number is based on All time data, but I'm confused if that would supercede the date range I have selected. Does adding unique visitors add more users to the data pool for visits to pull from? Thanks in advance!
