I've been looking at the different documentation on how average time on site is calculated however I'm confused by how the Average Time on site Totals is calculated (in screenshot 00:09:16)  From my understanding If I'm looking at a page name for my dimension, the average time should be calculated by a time stamp of each of the page name and then transformed to what we see (00:01:20,00:01:20,00:00:31..etc). However, I'm confused how the Average Time on site total is calculated because if I do the calculation on my own it's not 00:09:16 but the average should be about 00:01:19. I am facing an issue with my Adobe Analytics implementation. Previously, the server was set to abc.com, but it has been updated to xyz.com. I have verified in the browser console that xyz.com is correctly being set in eVar1 during rule execution. However, after deploying this change to Production, the report still displays the old value (abc.com).What could be the possible reason for this mismatch?

Hi, We are having an issue with AA returning different numbers for a few of our metrics when you create a segment which says does a search term exist ($7.0M) and when you create a report with search terms ($6.2M).Any explanation for why we would be getting different numbers? If the search term exists, then why doesn't the search term show up in reporting? Definitions:Segment is exactly as written in descriptionThe calculation for Activity Dollars is revenue with an attribution of participation in the visit (just accounting for sales within the same session as this activity).

Hi everyone, I'm currently facing an issue in the CJA Sandbox environment where I'm unable to create, update, or remove connections and data views without involving the Adobe support team. I wanted to check with the community:1) Is this limitation something everyone is experiencing in the Sandbox?2) Or is there a way to configure user-level rights in the Sandbox that allows for self-service on these tasks? If anyone has figured out a workaround or knows if there are specific permissions that can be granted within the Sandbox environment to avoid relying on support, I'd really appreciate your insights.

Hi all, I have seen in Chrome extensions that Activity Map may no longer be supported - is this the case? Are there any plans to update it so it remains a chrome extension? It's quite an important tool/functionality of adobe analytics that I use so hoping there are plans to update it and not scrap the tool.  

We have a scenario where we have a mini player that can also be muted. We fire state starts/stops for "mini player" and "mute" and I want to be able to track watch time on the mini player that was not muted. The issue is that we can mute other places that are not in the mini player so I need a way to filter the media states to have the condition of "mini player" + "mute" to get the correct time.

Issue: In the Android and iOS apps, we present content to users from both native screens and web views. To ensure the user is counted uniquely and tied to the same session, we use the "appendVisitorIDsTo" app SDK method to append the "adobe_mc" parameter to the URL of web view page loads. Hi everyone, I was wondering if anyone had experience using the extensions in the title. In particular, I needed to understand for: GoogleAds 1) First of all Why I can't find the standard https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/experience-platform/destinations/catalog/advertising/google-ads-extension in my catalog? I has had to install the Google Global Site Tag, less documented... 2) With this extension is it necessary to implement client-side logic for data propagation to GADS or are server-side configurations enough? and if so, does anyone know which configuration works? I've tried dozens in vain... For Pinterest and Bing I haven't ventured yet, perplexed by the results of this integration...but if anyone has any suggestions, they are welcome. I have a Report Builder report that runs as expected when I update the data blocks manually, but if I try to schedule it, it fails. I'm looking for a reason why it failed, but "Error: 8018" is the only thing I see. Nothing complex about the report. Can anyone help? Thanks. 

Hi Team, There is a requirement regarding Launch implementation, It is to fire an 'eventx' after every session is complete for a visitor. The above eventx should only fire when :a) event : userUpdateand b) user is logged inAnd we need to fire this event consistently after every session provided the user is logged in. Hello.As per the question topic.We have examples of individuals who have been sent emails from Adobe campaign, the Adobe campaign tracking log shows email opens and clicks, with the click being a URL/Link to a page on our website. We have Adobe analytics etc running on our website yet the data feeds we get back from Adobe Analytics DO NOT contain the traffic for the individual that clicked on the link and in theory went to our website. Can the user put anything in place to stop the traffic/data being scraped ? ThanksLee

Hi Team,We've created an AB test activity for the mobile app and we have selected a specfic report suit other than our web one. We've observed following issue when we click the "view in analytic" link in the Adobe target report section to check A4T report. This works fine on those activities which are created for the web. Is that we are missing anything on the app sepecfic report suit. How can I fix this?Looking for any help.

Hi there, We have a connection built in CJA with some datasets linked to it: Dataset 1 - Person ID: identityMap<primary>Dataset 2 - Person ID: identityMap<ECID> With this configuration, we found out we are breaking sessions in dataset 1 when users log in and Email is considered as Primary ID. In order to solve this, we changed the Person ID to identityMap<ECID> in dataset 1 and requested a backfill. However, we still have Emails as Person IDs in the events. What was wrong? Is not Backfill functionality supposed to overwrite Person ID configuration? How could we solve this issue? Best regards,
