Adobe Analytics

We want to cut down on the number of hits we're sending to AA but don't want to limit the tracking by geogrpahy. Ideally we'd be able to track some like 1 in 2 visits and if possible adjust that if we decide to only track every third visit. Think maybe we can use "Max Frequency" but not totally sure this would meet our needs. Any help and all creative ideas appriciated. 

Hello.  I'm trying to create a segment for new users to our site however it keeps pulling in existing users.  This is the segment I am using, which I got from an Adobe tutorial.  I'd like to see all new users within the last 30 days regardless of whether they have only visited once or more.  Any help would be much appreciated.

I have a dimension called Day which shows the date of something (ex: 6/1/2025). Why isn't it being pulled in to Power BI? 

Hey All,So... I have an evar dimension with lots of customer classifications in place.  It's a monthly automation/feed setup in data sources that sends about 12 columns/classifications of user/visitor attributes (think like customer account data).  I found out that this automation is missing some important classifications for our customers, so I want to do a manual import of about 5-10 more classifications.  Does anyone know if this can break the automated data sources data that is coming in?  Curious because whenever you create new sub-classifications or sub-dimensions, it updates the template for that evar (with about 5-10 more classifiations).  I wasn't sure if it will mess up the template for that evar for data sources and hope this makes sense!  When I do the classificaiton import manually, I'll leave all the other columns blank (existing/older classifications) so it doesn't touch any of those and overwrite by accident.  That said, I just wasn't

Hi everyoneI've been using adobe analytics as well as adobe campaign. I can visibly see a difference in opens/clicks count in analytics compared to adobe campaign. I thought its because the data does not update in real time, but it seems thats not the case. Any insights on this please..

We would like to know what % of users have enabled ad blockers and capture that % in Adobe Analytics so that we know if they saw a particular script or not. Is there a way to track this is adobe analytics in a custom dimension (evar/prop)?

Hello! I am trying to create a report in Adobe Analytics for SEO performance and I was wondering if tracking Entry Page dimension with Visits, Bounce Rate and Time Spent per Visit is it more accurate than tracking Page Name dimension with Visits, Bounce Rate and Time Spent per Visit. I am looking only at Organic Search Marketing Channel and only at specific pages (they need to contain specific words) - for these purposes I have created 2 segments. However, is it better/accurate to track Entry Page or Page Name?

Hi, I can't create a Classification for Download links since that "Dimension" does not appear in the dropdown list. How can I solve this? Thanks!

Hello,I am automating the pulldown of various Adobe Analytics elements through "https://analytics.adobe.io/api/" API calls. I noticed a few weeks ago that I started to get "Too Many Requests" errors when running the pulldown script.I saw a previous post here: "https://experienceleaguecommunities.adobe.com/t5/adobe-experience-platform/api-error-429-too-many-requests/m-p/668236#M4443" that states that the issue may be related to a certain threshold on calls allowed to be made within a certain period of time. I can guarantee that I am not making many calls per minute in this script. The script is making an API call to Adobe Analytics about every 10 seconds.Has there been an update to the amount of calls allowed to the API within a window of time? Is there a way to modify the amount of allowed API calls?

I'm trying to create a segment of Top 25 users with the most page views for a specific company.  I've used the Visitor definition and the company in the segment and specified the number of Page Views going by what I see when I look at users for this company.  However the results that are pulled in are not the users with the most page views, what am I doing wrong here?   ResultWhat it should be (+ extra rows not in screenshot) 

Hello - We see at times that the click actions dont trigger/call is failed when the click generates a new URL which triggers a page load call. The reason that happens is next page loads too fast without the click call actually triggering.  Is there a way to trigger the click call for those actions as well? How can we trigger the click call even though the user action generates a new URL which leads to a page call? Please advise if there is any way we can trigger the click call .

Here's a puzzle. I have a product order containing two products that occurred in late November just now showing up in reporting over 6 months later. An eagle-eyed director caught that two products that changed skus last February showed up in reporting today. Coincidence that an order with "old" skus suddenly appeared today? The order was placed in November and shipped out in December according to our eComm platform, but Adobe Analytics somehow didn't report on the order when it happened. I've waited a few hours before reaching out to Adobe support and this forum in hopes that the issue would resolve itself.Have anyone experienced this? What could be the root cause? Is there a way to audit if this has happened previously or is an ongoing issue? Thanks in advance!

Hi,I am still trying to visualise and heading around myself how we can identify new bots using alert? We have dedicated variable called eVar1 to capture the IP address details.Business would like to know if there any abnormalities occurred for application start event. In everyday life, business or data analyst difficult to spend time for analysis the data whether those ip’s are real or bots. Instead business would like to get an alert on by email if any new bots triggered, so that analyst or business and go back to check the data what’s going on with particular IPs and then apply gatekeeper to stop fake numbers. We have an assumptions for daily/weekly numbers by average.addition to that would like to report Current week vs previous week // current day vs previous day where to see whether application start numbers inflated compare to previous day or week. Any inputs how we can address this

Hello,I'd like to create a segment where three events occur within a given time, but non-sequentially. It seems that if I want to add time-bound parameters, I have to add a then condition, but I really don't care which order they go in. So it could be:[ Event A, then Event B, then Event C ]  occur within 1 minute OR[ Event B, then Event C, then Event A ] occur within 1 minute OR[ Event C, then Event A, then Event B ] occur within 1 minute...and so forth Typing these questions out, I'm realizing I may have answered my own question. Should I just make a separate condition for each combination?

I notice that the default referrer for these visitors is Google, so they are categorized under natural search, which is not optimal. Since these links are sponsored by AI, is there a way to distinguish them from true organic traffic?Thank you.

Dear Community, The company I work for currently has several email senders configuered in Adobe AJO, this is due to the fact that we are a multibrand company, in addition to different communication purposes - invoicing messages are sent from financial subdomains, whereas CRM messages are sent from relationship subdomains; in addition, we also use AJO for HR internal communication with employees, using one subdomain, but three different email senders. This said, is there a way we can add the email sender and/or subdomains in CJA reporting? I am aware we can use derived field to perhaps achieve the same results, but having the sender/ subdomain in the data view would make life a way easier. I have checked both ajo_message_feedback_event_dataset and ajo_entity_dataset, but did not find any information about the email sender in them. Does anybody know how to add it in CJA? All the best!Filipe C.
