Hi,I would like to determine the duration between a user viewing the product section and subsequently clicking on the product card, assuming that both the product section viewed event and the product card click event are being captured. The objective is to calculate the time difference between these two events. Could someone kindly advise on how this can be accomplished within CJA?

Hi,I have a question regarding eVar capturing when moving from mobile App to Web View. In our mobile app two pages Product Display Page(PDP) and Product Listing Page (PLP) will be converted to web view (The PDP and PLP running in website will be loaded inside mobile app). We want to capture App ID in these web view. So when moving from App to web view in query parameter APP ID will be passed. In Adobe Launch data element will be created for this app id. Now thing is that I want to create one rule which will capture appID  in eVar but this rule will trigger in both PLP and PDP page load and all the existing click action of PLP and PDP. So that I don't have to touch existing launch rules of these pages.Please suggest what to do.Thankyou.

In the Adobe analytics report, we observed that for some mobile app users, we are seeing huge spike in the Video Views numbers. Its like within 1 minute seeing 900+ video views. It was random and happening very few times in a month. It was not bot activity but due to bug in the the mobile app.I want to create a segment where I can detect such anomaly. I want to filter Visits/Visitor where within one minute, adobe report shows 300+ video views. Is it possible to create segment based on time range/period? 

Hi, I'm not able to schedule file export in workspace daily.When I'm selecting Today is the start day I got the end day is the same day and i can't select any future day? Did I miss anything?  Thanks

Is there any documentation on how to implement the createStateObject for Custom Player State Tracking via Media Collection API? Hi All,I’ve successfully implemented the Google Ads global site tag (gtag.js) on all relevant pages using Adobe Launch. I verified that gtag.js is loading correctly, and I can see console logs confirming it's working on page load.Now, I’m trying to track a Google Ads conversion when a user clicks a specific button. I’m trying to find out and analyze users who engaged with a specific campaign (e.g., clicked on the CTA in email and visited website landing page) but didn’t buy immediately - instead, they made a purchase in a subsequent session. How can I build a segment in Adobe Analytics to capture this behavior across visits? Ideally, I want to isolate users who visited the landing page by clicking the CTA button which has a tracking code and then later made the purchase in a second visit which is not in the same session. Is this even possible to track it in adobe analytics?Thanks in advance!

I am attempting to submit GDPR request but the portal I use to do so (privacyui.cloud.adobe.io) no longer exists. I have confirmed that this is the data privacy portal Adobe advises using https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/audience-manager/user-guide/overview/data-privacy/data-privacy-requestsThis is quite concerning, as GDPR is time-sensitive.

Hello.I am receiving a daily report in pdf format as a report builder for Adobe Analytics. Today, I received the report in Excel, not in pdf format. With the warning below"The transition to adobe acrobat format was not completed within 15 minutes. This resulted in the file being in its original format." Please help if you know how to improve the error below.Thank you.

I have created a Calculated metric for a particular dimension using the function approximate distinct count. but the dimension count and the calculated metric do not match. jus wanted to check the reasons behind the same.

Hi,We are using the Opt-in/Opt-out feature of AEP WebSDK, where the consent is stored in the kndctr_<ORG_ID>_consent cookie at the domain level. However, we have cookie banners implemented at the subdomain level and even at the country-specific level, which is causing some challenges.For example, we have a cookie banner on www.xyz.com. After giving consent, the cookie kndctr_<ORG_ID>_consent=general=in is stored at the .xyz.com domain level. Now, if the user navigates to stg.xyz.com, the same consent cookie is used and server calls are triggered even though stg.xyz.com has a separate cookie banner because the domain is still .xyz.com.Another case is that we have different cookie banners based on countries, such as www.xyz.com/ie and www.xyz.com/de. If a user visits one of these and gives consent, and then visits the other, server calls are made due to the shared domain .xyz.com.One solution we considered was to manually configure the cookie domain based on the cookie banner

Hi,I am using CJA and facing an issue with the aggregated Revenuemy revenue is coming in CJA such a way that is multiplied by events so I had to create a metric using if conditioni.e. if equalsevents = 0Then 0 else Revenue / EventsUsing this way i am getting the correct revenue of my product but getting incorrect aggregated value                  Revenue      product        20 (aggregated)a                   2b                   90c                   16d                   65So Ideally the aggregated value would be  173 but it is showing me 20 only Is there any change in the metric I can make to correct the aggregated value

HiI am using CJAI have a segment (segment name - filtered products elements) which I wanted to excludei.e.total product are - 100If I add the segment (filter)I got 67 products I want the rest of the products i.e. 33 for that I want to exclude the filtered products elements segment but When I excluded the whole event of the segment it shows me 100 instead of 33I also changed the segment i.e. event element doesn't contain / doesn't equal  to exclude that element and to get the number 

I'm trying to create an Email Open Rate metric and have it as a percentage.  This is what I've done so far but it's just showing it as decimals.  How can I get it to show the decimals as percentages e.g. June 2nd as 44% and not 0.44.  Thanks in advance

I want to be able to measure the conversion rate for visits that saw a given Target Activity, say "Target Test > Experience A". I can include the Target Activity > Experience dimension in my segment, but that value persists for a user for 90 days from the last activity they had where a target activity existed, meaning target activities can persist indefinitely if the user is frequent on the site.What I want to be able to do is to segment to visits that contain a hit where "Target Test > Experience A" AND Activity Impression exists. This gives me just visits on which the user was presented with the given activity. Why is this not possible, and is there a workaround?

On my site users are able to use filters to filter products by color, size, price etc...Currently, each time a user checks a filter, the page reloads and an evar is set with the value of the filter.For example : evar10 = `color`(if the user filtered by color) or evar10=`size` (if the user filtered by size) The evar allocation is original (first) and expiration is set to visit. Now, I am not sure if this implementation meets my needs.I want to be able to know how many page views loaded with evar10 set to `size`as opposed to `color``.There are no events fired along with the evar. If a user, in the same session, activates multiple filters, for example `color`, then `size`...is that correct that, because of the evar allocation set to original, the second filter selected would NOT show in my reports?
