So I am looking to use Microsoft Power Automate to refresh Adobe API Credentials every 13 days to mitigate a Power BI Refresh Failure every 2 weeks. I have a dimension that gives me search queries, most of which are one word ... but I want to find all those that are 2 or more words.I used segment builder to create a filtering on "contains" for " " and ' '.The end result is the system delivers only queries that contain either ' or "  - interesting that this exists but absolutely not what I wanted.Any ideas????

I've worked on a couple of Adobe implementations and with the tool itself for a number of years, and I don't recall ever seeing something like this. Instead of showing me zeroes where no data/counts exists the rows themselves are blank. What causes this? Is this normal?

As of June 7, 2023, improved Bot Reporting is now available in Workspace. Adobe has now introduced a ‘Bot name’ dimension shows the names of bots that were detected using Bot rules. These rules can be default IAB rules, or custom bot rules that your organization configures. It is helpful in cases where you want to learn more about what bots are visiting your site, or which bots generate the most traffic.  The Bot Name dimension is an Adobe provided component. Using the Bot Name dimension, you will see the names of the bots detected or custom bot rules supplied. Bot Name should only be used with Bot Page Views and Bot Occurrences. If this dimensions is used with any other Analytics metric, no data will result because it is unassociated with normal customer-based data in Analytics. Hi there,I'm trying to build a filter in CJA where the attribute is checking for the date in last 6 months, but we don't have "In last" as a preset in CJA. When I tried to build a component in dataview, we don't have the feasibility to use this option either as it only allows hardcoded dates under the Include/exclude values.P.S the snip of the same.We can't use date range either as date ranges work on the out of the box timestamp attribute and we need to check the date of our custom attribute in last 6 months.Please let me know if there's any workaround for my usecase.  @arunpatidar  @davidkangni 

I would like to create a segment for the previous 4 weeks, but that adjusts based upon my date selection and isn't tied to the current date like the screenshot of the Date Range setup below. So if I select the first week of December 2024, then it would return the 4 previous weeks in November. Is there any way to accomplish this?  

I am trying to get unique visitors data from PBI connector. The problem is the data is correct only at the granualarity at which the data is being pulled (say daily). If I sum it up at the monthly level it leads to a lot of duplicates. What is the best way to get this data from PBI connector. Getting data at visitor id level could be too much? 

What is the difference between average time on site and average time on page if we're just looking at 1 page url? I see slightly difference in the time for each metric, so I want to understand what's the difference between what the 2 and what are the use cases? Average time on page makes sense but I'm confused on average time on site. Based on the definitions, to my understanding average time on site = (total seconds spent)/(# of sequences)average time on page = (total seconds spent)/(# of pageviews) 

Our company has switched from Adobe Analytics workspace to Adobe CJA workspace. Since using the workspace I am seeing there are a lot of metrics/dimensions either replaced or missing. Example 1: There is no longer "Visit" available, we now have just the "Sessions".Example 2:  We now don't see the "Exit Page" dimension.These changes are affecting our reports. How can we add these metrics/dimensions back, or are there alternative solutions to get the same insights?

I want to count the number of visits to our site that begin with items already in cart from a previous visit. The logic would be something like: count(visits) IF[visitor(cart additions>cart removals) AND visitor(orders=0)] I have all of the necessary metrics but I can't get the logic to work in either segments or a calculated metric.

I'm trying to understand the best approach to export analytics segments tied to a specific identifier, most likely a value within an eVar. I'd like to be able to pull this as a daily feed into an external data lake. The data feed looked promising, but I didn't see segments as an option within the columns. Would the Segment API be the best approach?

Hi, How do I look at for a given page (for both visits to it and strictly visits where an entry happened to it) how do I look at the Average Time on Site for each page (both visits to them total and separately look at only entries to those pages for the time on site (Whole visit)? Thanks!

Hi, We have an Adobe Experience Platform report suit that is currently receiving server calls from know bot user agents. Bot filtering prevents these coming into our front end reporting.Following Adobe documentation, we have updated JS code to exclude user agents containing 'Googlebot' using the onBeforeEventSend callback, however we are continuing to receive server calls.Please could you review the code and advise if there are any amendments or additions to be made?ThanksNeil

Hi All, In Sandbox, I created 2 report suites but, I am unable to view in my login. Whereas, it is visible in my colleague's login. Though both the report suites where created by me. Hey everyone,  in Adobe Analytics we used some server call usage alerts, which could be defined in the Alert manager via a dropdown when creating a new alert. Trying to replicate our server call usage alerts in CJA I wasn't able to find an option to switch to that that kind of alert. Whenever I create a new alert, it is automatically set to type "Analytics data alert". Do I miss something? Best regards,Milena Kuhn
