Hi, I have come an across issue with the Marketing Channels where Paid Search in Workspace report was showing among other correct values (as defined in the Marketing Channel rules) also the "None" value and I just can't see why. I am pretty new to Adobe Analytics so it is very likely that I am missing something out. Here is my Paid Search rule:  The query string parameters all begin with cid followed by the channel identification code. In case of paid search it is cid=cpc. (social is cid=social etc.) so I have set up the Paid Search detection rules like this  (search engine "any" and query string contains cid=cpc and other containing just cpc - don't know what is the proper syntax, but I suppose these should both work):   In my report, I had Marketing Channel selected as the primary dimension which was further broken down by Marketing Channel Detail and Marketing Channel Instances set as metric. The Adobe API is responding with a 504 Gateway Timeout any time a request goes over 60 seconds long. We are repeatedly getting this when trying to create report suites by duplicating an existing template report suite (a process that takes Adobe a while to complete). See the attached screenshot for a Postman example of this occurring. We just migrated from Service Account (JWT) credential to OAuth Server-to-Server credential when this started happening, not sure if that is related.  

Hi, I'm trying to come up with a way to easily show when a visitor sees a specific URL and then comes back to that same URL in 90 Days. I think this is the right way to think about my segment? My question is though, is there an easy way that I can show this for Repeat Visitors by Month, Week, etc. granularity? In other words, if I take this segment and then expand my date range in freeform and add month as a dimension, is that a problem? Is this just going to look at visitors that did this at any point in time based on the segment and then sum up the users for that month (whether they did it that month or not?) If so, how can I alleviate that? Or am I going to have to do this in Downstream DB and SQL? Thanks! 

We have a vanity URL, e.g.  https://www.myvanityurl.com.There is no page associated with the vanity URL. It's just a URL with the redirect. When someone goes to it, it immediately redirects to our site. e.g. https://www.mysite.com.We cannot track traffic coming from the vanity URL and into our site.Is it possible to track incoming traffic from the vanity URL to our site? How?

Ho there! Is there any hint on how to set up breakdowns to apply automatically to the items that appears in the table? I got a question from my mates: they have campaign codes for digital campaigns and would like to see pages breakdown where a quotes were requested. They select specific month, select all lines and apply breakdown, but while the date range is rolling every next time they see different set of campaign codes and not all of them are with breakdowns. I'm wondering if there is a trick of how to force Workspace to apply breakdowns to these new lines.  Thanks!

We have AEM Adaptive Forms and would like to use the integration to collect data on form usage and submits, etc. We've set up the Cloud Service Framework configuration described here:https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/experience-manager-65/content/forms/integrate-aem-forms-with-experience-cloud-solutions/configure-analytics-forms-documents We also followed the steps to integrate Adobe Launch using the steps here:https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/experience-manager-65/content/forms/integrate-aem-forms-with-experience-cloud-solutions/integrate-aem-forms-with-adobe-analytics A Launch Rule was set up and published to fire on Form Submits using the steps as per the Launch instructions. The rule is not firing. In the meantime, the Analytics using Cloud Service Framework (first link above), is working. Hi everyone, I hope you are well.A little late to the party here, but recently spotted about the ability to use High-entropy client hints to improve OS/Browser reporting as user agent strings get frozen on some browsers (more info here: Client hints | Adobe Analytics)It seems simple enough to implement through App Measurement and seems like an obvious thing to do However, I noted that the documentation states that by default these are not collected by default by App Measurement or the SDK . This makes me wonder if there is good reason not to do this.So my questions are:Is there any reason not to do this?Has anyone who has done this noticed much of a change in their reporting?

Hello Adobe Analytics Community,  I have a Product Profile in Adobe Analytics that includes Tracking Code under Dimensions permissions. Users in that profile are unable to see that dimension in Analysis Workspace. Any help from the community will be greatly appreciated. Thanks! Ivan

If I have a few servers sending data to one Global report suite, would the visit number reset dependent on the server they are on? for eg, I visit xyz.com as a first time visitor, this sends data to my global report suite, call it allSites. I then visit a subdomain abc.com as a first time visitor, which also sends data to the allSites. would that account as 2 first time visits dependent on server or would it be allocated to one visit to visit number 1 and another to visit number 2.  Thanks for the help in advance!

In the daily DMA data feed export the Chinese, Japanese and Korean alphabet are not well represented. I’m working on a project where Adobe Launch will primarily be used to manage analytics tracking. We’re considering using the Global Site Tag (gtag.js) extension to send tracking data to GA4 directly from Launch. However, the broader existing tracking ecosystem for the client’s web properties relies on GTM and GA4.Additionally, we are exploring an option (custom JS script) of capturing event changes or pushes in the Adobe data layer and automatically pushing the same to the Google data layer to trigger a GTM tag.Are there any notable disadvantages, drawbacks, or challenges, or will there be any issues when sending tracking data to GA4 via Adobe Launch using the Global Site Tag (gtag.js) extension?

Hello All, We run several Meta (Facebook) and Google Search Network campaigns, and there is a huge discrepancy (sometimes 50%, sometimes much more) between the data received via Meta Ad and GSN platforms and the data measured in Adobe Analytics? So for example when Meta analytics says that I have 1,000 linck clicks on a certain link and I can se only 500 page views in Adobe Analytics (on the same link, same date range etc.).  My question is: what could cause this discrepancy?  Also, is Adobe Analytics able to measure the activity of users who do not accept cookies on my website? Are they counted as page views and/or visitors, or I can measure only the number of visitors and their page views who accepted my cookies?  Thanks!

Hi everyone,I’m working on a grading system in Adobe Analytics to classify users into levels (Level 1, Level 2, Level 3) based on specific activity combinations. Each level has defined rules like these:Level 1 Graded:Complete Activity Level 1 at least once, ORComplete Activity Level 2 at least 3 times, ORComplete Activity Level 3 at least 2 times AND Activity Level 2 at least 2 times.Level 2 Graded:Complete Activity Level 2 at least twice, ORComplete Activity Level 2 once AND Activity Level 3 at least 2 times, ORComplete Activity Level 3 at least 3 times.Level 3 Graded:Complete any Activity Level 3 at least once.The goal is to create calculated metrics for each level that return the count of Unique Visitors who meet the specific combinations of activities required for that level.I’ve tried using the IF function in the Calculated Metric Builder to define these rules, but I’m unsure how to handle multiple conditions (e.g., combining "AND" and "OR" logic).Questions:How can I configure cal

If this is in the wrong sub, please let me know.  How can we properly capture anonymous data when the Opt-in extension is enabled in Launch? When this is enabled, and users ignore our consent banner or decline, no beacons are sent for capturing anonymous data like site views and page visits. Is there a way for certain "anonymous" rules to override this and still send the beacon for data capturing?

hello all,  I have a url: www.abcdomain.com?cid=sg|cntest."cntest" is my campaign name. under my reporting, when i breakdown the url evar with campaign evar, there are unspecified returned.  Evar Page link (filtered) = www.abcdomain.com?cid=sg|cntestEvar Campaign name (breakdown), there will be unspecified records and cntest records with page views.  Appreciate the help to understand why and how to correct this issue? 

Hi, For parts of our website  "/#!/" is part of the URL. A decision has been made to remove this going forward and to mitigate the effect on data analysis I wonder if it's possible to remove "/#!/" from both previous and future data points?

Hi all, does the path analysis only consider sessions where the user has made at least one further interaction concerning the entry page? So if a user leaves the site from the first page viewed, there is no "path" to track because no further pages are visited. Is this the reason why the views from the first page of the path, in general, are lower?

I’m experiencing an issue with the Free Form Table in Adobe Analytics. When I filter for the date range Dec 1, 2024 – Dec 31, 2024 of Event Page, the Occurrences count for this range keeps increasing daily. For example:On Jan 12, 2025, the count shows 1234.On Jan 13, 2025, it increases to 1300.On Jan 15, 2025, it further increases to 1400, and today it shows 1500.The filter has not changed, and it consistently targets the same date range (Dec 1, 2024 – Dec 31, 2024). Why does this discrepancy happen, and what might be causing the increase in Occurrences over time?Any explanation or guidance would be appreciated.

 I see this message com.adobe.media.analytics' is not enabled on current event (conditions not met) when implementing straeming media with web sdkI am able to sent dimensions like content lenght, content name, but I see no content start or media start even though  I set them up as true in my schema.I see this message in the stream: 'com.adobe.media.analytics' however i see data in analytics. but not all of it. is it something related of how I am sending the event? I have enabled the datastream with media analytics. The report suite is enabled too for media.  I can see the data in the console using the media.play.I have a session started.And I see no data I am using send event as play instead of using send media event. could that be the issue? 

If I have a segment that filters for group A and I want to compare A with ~A, do I have to define ~A as a new segment, or is there a better way?For example, if all my traffic comes from two sources, do I need to create two segments to compare them separately,  or can I just make one and use some sort of NOT operator
