Adobe Analytics

I programmed a weekly sent of a dashboard to a list of contact. I need to have access to this list of contact and I don't find it anymore on Adobe. How can I check to whom the dashboard is sent ?

I would like to confirm "Repeat Visitors Rate" for a website I manage. The Repeat Visitors Rate was calculated by Number of Repeat Visitors/ Number of unique visitors. However, there is a large discrepancy when comparing this Rate between a single month and a single year in Adobe analytics. When looking at a single month, the average Repeat Visitors Rate is about 23%, but when the date range is annual (year), the rate is 8.6%.When I check the data, we see that the number of "Repeat Visitors" has decreased significantly. The total number of Repeat Visitors for the 12-month period should be 106,232, but the pie chart shows 16,675.In general, it would be expected the number of repeat visitors to increase as the time period is extended, but why is it decreasing?  

Hi there, I'm now confronted with the situation that, I want to know the exact visits of a certain group of users. However, due to the number of users I choose is so great, I cannot just do it simply by search or filter in dimensions. Is there a method to upload the offline data list file, to connect and compare this data file with online data, then give the results only restricted to the group chosen.e.g. Best regards,Kiri

hey there, If I'm using the Adobe Analytics Reporting API 1.4 to bring in data from an Adobe Analytics account with a custom calendar (retail), will the API aggregate data according to the custom calendar settings used in the Adobe analytics workspace or does is default to the Gregorian calendar? Asking because I'm encountering minor data discrepancies between the data in workspace and the data I'm querying using the API and I'm trying to troubleshoot this. Thanks!

In Report Top Items API (https://adobedocs.github.io/analytics-2.0-apis/#/Reports/runTopItemReport) - 'startDate', 'endDate', ‘dateRange’ and ‘lookupNoneValues’ query parameters are not working.It is not at all filtering the response. Without applying filter:After applying filter on dateRange field:In both cases we are getting same number of records. Same with other mentioned fields, it is not filtering the data. Could you please give some details why it is not working.

 We would like to track the visitors with the help of tracking code on sub domains of a website.example - when a user redirecting to registration page ( where tracking code is not implemented)  from previous page xyz, we don't want to lose the value of the tracking code from page XYZ  to registration page. (same session --> keep track of users, necessity to keep track of campaign, different domain will not carry the tracking code.)* what will be the ideal solution to the query above? 

Hi, I read all threads about the subject and I haven't found clear answer. Let's say we have Adobe Analytics implementation with vsitorID (server side by Tealium EventStream) We would like to migrate to Adobe Cloud ID (ECID) identifiers. My understanding was that we can enable ECID in parallel to visitorID, have some months of traffic with both identifiers and then turn off visitorID to smoothly migrate visitors which came to the website in between. But the way how it works in our test is following: Scenario (values are created by me)1. Visit with visitorID=123 only2. Visit with visitorID=123 and ECID=abc => the same Visitor3. Visit with ECID=abc (without visitorID) => NEW (2nd) VISITOR  Why visitor with the same value as ECID is not stitched before and after turning off visitorID?Is there a way to migrate from visitorID to Adobe Cloud ID without completely loosing existing Visitors?

 Hey all, I am trying to pass data from Adobe Analytics into another application using 2oath authroization within an Analytics Project API To do so the destination requires data related to the Token Endpoints which I am not able to find. For context, I am Analytics owner, not a developer, and  in my previous uses of the APIs (ex. Supermetrics) I have only needed the ClientID and Client Secret and OrgID to successfull connect. Hello I use report builder to update monthly sheets. Since this months the 'Manage' button does not load / show the wizard to manage all my data blocks. When I click on 'Refresh' though after having clicked on 'Manage' it gives an error message that the 'Edit Requests form' first needs to be exited (see screen shot). When I first click on 'Refresh' it runs the refresh for all data blocks. I have tried to restart my computer, I have deinstalled and reinstalled report builder (version 5.6.57). I use Microsoft Excel for Microsoft 365 (version 2410). Does anyone have an idea what to do and how to solve that?Thanks a lot!     

Hey everyone, I am trying to keep a standardized currency, USD, within the eVars & events that I collect. Events do get converted by specifying currencyCode if defined as a Currency type, but eVars don't, as they can only be defined as a Text String or Numeric.Would anyone know of a way to convert values within Adobe to match the currency code, whether through an extension, or custom code, or would it have to be done on the data layer side, making sure any data pushed up is already converted to the standardized currency?Thank you!

Hi everyone, I have a quick question. We need to pass a specific eVar as array in the mobile code to receive the data in adobe. Here is my though process:i need to see if a single customer is seeing 3 offers on our app, we want to capture all the 3 offers in a single analytics call.What we have done is :offers: [{code1:<offer code1>, type1: <offer type1>, name1: <offer name1>},           {code2:<offer code2>, type2: <offer type2>, name2: <offer name2>}]We are not receiving data in Adobe so seems to be an issue. What is the correct way of passing an eVar as an array in mobile apps? How the processing rules needs to be set up for that ? Any Documentation would be of great help 

During analytics implementation using websdk I am getting a product array using ACDL on website for commerce events and want to fetch those value in launch and pass it as entire array in xdm data element mapping. Also, need to pass some of the values as evars and events in product string. Hi everyone, I hope you are well and having a good week.I have recently started using the newer Adobe Analytics Report Builder. My question is, is it possible to change the date format when using the "Days" dimension?The "Days" dimension appears to default to "YYYY/MM/DD". It was possible to change this in the old Report Builder  (for example to "DD/MM/YYYY") using the "format" functionality, but I cannot see this option in the new Report Builder. I can make the change using Excel's formatting once the report has run, but each time the request updates, the formatting seems to revert back.Does anyone know if it is possible to alter date formats in the new Report Builder or, if not, if it is expected in the future?

Hello,   Looking at at the documentation (https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/analytics-platform/using/cja-workspace/visualizations/cohort-table/cohort-analysis) I see: 'Cohort Analysis does not support non-filterable metrics (including calculated metrics), non-integer metrics (such as Revenue), or Occurrences. Only metrics that can be used in filters can be used in Cohort Analysis, and they can only be incremented 1 at a time.' Ok 'revenue is not incremented by 1' so can't be used but then in the paragraph below it says:'Purchase.Value (a double) can be used as an Inclusion/Return Metric' Being that purchase value is also 'money' related why it can be used while Revenue can't? Would be great to understand the reason behind why calculated metrics or instances can't be used but has lesser priority for me. Thanks,R

Hi all I'm a system admin for my organization, and we have an existing group of Adobe Target users who requires viewing Analytics report suites for Target activities. I do have an existing Analytics user group that provides this for our target users but I'm unable to pinpoint the specific permission that enables this linkage between Analytics and Target. Does anybody know the exact permission/function that needs to be turned on? I'm asking as the current user group is also providing access to bunch of unnecessary functions so I want to whittle it down but at the same time not take away the intended purpose of this group.
