Hello, I have a rolling calendar based on previous EOM last date as the most recent date. I have the "Month" Dimension in my freeform table, but I lose all the other dimensional breakdowns I have on previous months. In other words, I have to go back in to the most recent month of data and add in the dimensional breakdowns to the month, in this example September 2024. Is there a way around this to auto-apply dimensional breakdowns when dates update in a freeform table in workspace? Thanks!

I am trying to download the 'Average time on site' metrics data from the workspace in .csv file.The gets distorted, even when I select the option in excel that say "Don't convert".Can you please suggest what should be the correct way to download or what will be the correct cell format in excel for this data.

Hello, Our application needs to access Adobe Analytics data owned by our users, which we do through user authentication credentials via OAuth.As mentioned in the Authentication API reference, refresh tokens "by default" expire after 14 days. This means that our users currently need to reconnect every 14 days for us to continue accessing their data. We have two questions regarding this:The phrase "by default" suggests there might be a way to modify the refresh token lifespan. Is it possible to extend its duration?Since we want to avoid asking our users to reconnect every 14 days, we believe the appropriate solution would be to use OAuth Server-to-Server credentials. This would require our users to set up the credentials on their end and provide us with the client_id and client_secret. Is it the best solution? Thank you in advance for your help.

Hi Experts, Could someone help me understand, as for Adobe Target one system dataset gets created : 'Adobe Target Classification Events' which can be used for Experimentation Panel in CJA reporting.Which dataset can be used for AJO? I have already added Journey step events, entity lookup, email, message and push datasets in the connection.But no journey shows up in the Experimentation Panel.

When we are applying filter on Metric API (https://adobedocs.github.io/analytics-2.0-apis/#/Metrics/getMetrics) for "segmentable" field with “false” value, it is giving records having both true and false value. The filter is not working properly. When we apply true value: When we apply false value: Could you please share details regarding why it is working like this.

Hello,Is there an alternative solution to the shortcomings of the Mobile Device report where most devices are grouped into generic categories for both iOS and Android? I understand there's a gap in how the User Agent provides this data to Adobe Analytics. Please see an example of the issue attached.Thanks!Ivan

I am currently implementing Adobe Analytics using AppMeasurement for a client. On the staging site, the "new vs. repeat visitor" metric always shows as "new," while it works correctly as "repeat" on the production site. The e_mcid (Marketing Cloud ID) is the same for both environments. Could this issue be related to the cookie domain or its expiration period? What additional settings should I check to resolve this issue?

I have a multi-select list where I am firing an event and a serialized event.  Let's say that I have 4 items on this list. At the moment, the selected values are captured in an array in the Front-End. How can I translate this information into Adobe Analytics? Hi Everyone! With the release of Distraction mode from iOS 18, is anyone familiar with some reporting issues in Adobe analytics? namely: 1) Are there any issues with distraction mode preventing adobe assets from loading? 2) Do targeted ads gets reported as loading in AA even though distraction mode has blocked them? 

I am looking to create a calculated metric that sets a different value for Device type = Mobile and another one for Device type = Desktop.  Example:If homepage has page view & on mobile device, then set value for those hits to $2.If homepage has page view & on desktop device, then set value for those hits to $1.  When I look at the report - at the mobile and desktop rows, the calculated metric is correct.  However when I look at the overall homepage total, it doesn't give the correct total value by adding both the rows. I do not want to be having each of these desktop / mobile rows on every report i run. I just want to see the total for a page. See below how I am thinking of giving different value to the homepage depending on device  What I basically want is a list of sections or pages on our site - without having to use the breakdown of mobile / desktop.I just want an overall value.   When I look at the page itself wi

Hi All, I'm trying to build a segment that will allow me to look at repeat visitors to a specific page, let's call it "Page A". I'm trying to see repeat users for July 2024 and after. I want to have the first visit be on or after July 1st. Then I want to be able to look within a rolling 90 day window to see if a user repeated or not within 90 days. If it's like July 2 (example within 90 days), I don't want to look past July 1st. Hard cap it there. The issue here too is that I cannot look at month "greater than or equal to" Jul 2024. I have to select a distinct value. Also, how can I make sure to look at repeat visitors within 90 full days? I need to also look at this on a monthly level in workspace. Get the repeat visitors within 90 full days for July, August, September 2024, etc. Is this possible?  This is my attempt at it, but I don't think it's right. I notice a peculiar discrepancy in data when I try to break down the same metric - the number of Unique Visitors - via two different methods:1. Breakdown by User Account Name, an upper table - it gives me somewhat correct data (the numbers match the real number of clients and users that we know from other sources)2. Breakdown by Month (or any alternative date variable like Day, Month of the Year, etc.), a lower table - the data for the two periods of the last two years have too high numbers (there's 100% confidence that there weren't so many users back then).Why does the second breakdown show so high numbers and how could it be fixed?Eventually, I want to have a correct breakdown by Month to make a simple line chart showcasing the monthly number of Unique Visitors for each of the last 3 years.P.S. I utilized the same breakdown approach for two other products and their AA suites gave me correct numbers, no issues like this one were noticed. 

We have observed that link under activity map is limited to 128 characters while capturing in network call where as the database limit is 255 characters on Adobe1. what is the max character length for link under Activity Map?2. Is there a possibility to increase its length under Admin or anywhere else?

Why does my same url is landing up to different marketing channel   

I am trying to create a report in Adobe Analytics that shows how many users add a product to their cart on their very first Product Detail Page (PDP) view during a session. Essentially, I want to identify users who performed the "Add-to-Cart" action on their first encounter with a product page. This user exits the site after his first PDP viewsSpecifically, I need help with:1. How to set up a segment or report that tracks users who add an item to their cart on their first PDP view.2. What metrics, dimensions, or events should I be using to accurately capture this data.3. Any recommendations on how to visualize this within Adobe Analytics.Note: I have implemented prodview and add to cart event in PDP. I would appreciate any advice or steps to create this segment or report. Hello communityI would like to know what happened just before/after certain event, and how to segment that hit only.For example, I can use hit depth to track that event10 occurred on hit depth 20, 30 and 50. But how may I know what happened on hit 19 or 21, hit 29 or 31, hit 49 or 51, specifically. For example what was the pageName on those hits? I tried creating following calculated metrics, but no success.a) hit depth(event 10 occurs) - 1 hit depth = segment wantedb) hit depth(event 10 occurs) + 1 hit depth = segment wantedIf I use only before/only after option, then it would list ALL hits prior/after that spesific event, and Im not interested all hits, only hit just before/after that event. How to build segment for this purpose? I went thru Adobes material on sequential segments, but was not able to find solid work.around.I could imagine, that I'm not only one struggling with this. I've experienced a downtime in purchase tracking in analytics on my website due to a bug in a release, and I've been looking at solutions to recover the data that was missing during the tracking downtime. I was still tracking most of the information on my purchase page, but did not track the specific purchase event. I've had a look and it looks like I can use the bulk data insertion API to add the missed bookings back in, as I was still tracking purchase ID I will be inserting in the correct amount, and I can retrieve the rest of the details of the booking from other sources.My only question is, in the BDIAPI's required fields, it states that userAgent is required. I can get the rest of the fields from a data warehouse extract, but I was not tracking user agent so that information is lost - what is the purpose of user agent in this insertion? Would there be any issues introduced if I just used the same user agent for all uploads, as I only want to use this to set the purchase even
