I'm setting up a site using the Data Collection tool (launch).  I'm looking at Adobe Debugger on the site that I have this dev deployed on. In the analytics Rows, I have a Page Name that shows the current page. I have a Page URL that shows the current page URL.I also have a page (lower case p which seems out of place)..  and that is populating that data with the previous page (direct influence page). I've been trying to chase down where this is coming from and correct it but I'm not finding this 'page' variable getting setup in our configuration.Has anyone had experience with this?There may be some wonky things we have setup that might be contributing, but I don't think so. I figured I'd start with this before adding some info that might be misleading.

We found some new cookies on our websites. Is the s_ac cookie associated with Adobe Analytics? 

Is there a way to sync the data dictionary information to the Info icon next to the component’s name in workspace?The quick view doesn’t display all the information that the data dictionary contains.  For example, in the data dictionary the "frequently used with" and "similar to" sections are populated, but in the quick view they're listed as "none." The description is the same in both areas.

Hi, Are there any resources that would show how to calculate in SQL basic web metrics or any metrics for that matter on the Analytics Data Feed Downstream Data? I have this Data Column Reference that sort of helps, but I know every row is every hit. Hi All, I am trying to align pageviews for a given URL for July 2024 in our org. Here is the SQL query I have in the downstream environment attached below. I'm wondering why I am coming up 3K pageviews short compared to what we have in adobe workspace for the same URL and time frame. I apply the filters and recommendations for metrics and dimensions based on the URLs I have listed below too along with the screenshot. I created a custom segment using two events with the "Only After" sequence.I am attempting to use the custom segment as part of a calculated metric where the custom segment is the numerator.When I select it, it is acting a container and requesting a metric, dimension, segment, etc. What am I doing wrong or what do I need to add to the container?  the Custom Segment is two metrics and it is a segment.Any help is greatly appreciated.TIA,Brian

I am trying to build a custom segment to single out Direct traffic for the website. This would also include any traffic which was classified as 'none' in the past.  How can this be done?

We have recently started updating the Adobe Mobile SDK libraries for our Android App test build to use the AEP SDKs. We configured AEP with the extensions we need(Adobe Analytics, Mobile Core, Profile and AEP Assurance) and updated all of the code with our Android app. We are not using any schemas, so the app has been build using the Adobe Analytics extension.  From the app, we connected to Assurance, and we are able to see each Adobe Analytics event that we are expecting to see, so we can tell that from the app to AEP, the calls are working and being captured as expected. In Assurance, we can also see that the post-processed status is green showing that the AEP to Analytics connection is working as expected also, as all the information needed was pulled with no errors (processing rules etc) However, as part of our QA, we want to be able to confirm that the data we're seeing in AEP Assurance, lines up with what we're seeing in Adobe Analytics. Hello, We have hit PCI issues due to Adobe Cookies and are unsure how to move forward correcting them. They appear to all be Analytics related and we have set the 'Only Write Secure Cookies' option in the Analytics Plug In. Here are the ones that were called out by the scan:Cookie Does Not Contain the "HTTPOnly" Attribute:sc_previousPageName=(referring page)intCmpCode=(URL Parameter)s_evar94=(page title)s_evar101=(URL Parameter)Cookie Does Not Contain the "Secure" Attribute:test=cookieTEST_AMCV_COOKIE=TWe believe that the ones missing the 'Secure' attribute come from the VisitorAPI.js, but we don't know how to update or disable it. There was another post here asking to do so but there wasn't resolution unfortunately.  The evar ones appear to be generated from the Adobe Analytics Plug-Ins, such as 'getPreviousValue' and 'getValOnce' - but Adobe notes that these are not supported by standard support. Obviously PCI compliance is of utmost importance, so we're hopi

Hi Community,  This might be a classic old question, but we have certain deep links which contain campaignID query parameter and these are sent to users via email. Now, when users click on the link and land on our website, there is a redirect happening and query params are dropped during this time. Is there a way that we can get this value of campaignID query param before the redirection? Currently, it is not going through Adobe Analytics and we cannot do reports for the same.  Any help is highly appreciated.  Many thanksBest,Rupal

Hello, This has been a difficult one to unravel, it's not resolved yet, but we think we have a general idea of what's happening. So mostly I'm posting to ask if others have experienced the same situation and raise awareness to the issue if not. Background:Two of the Adobe solutions we use are Analytics and Target.We send our full assortment of Product Classification data via a file to Analytics every day for SAINT classificationIn Target we use Recommendations, and it has been very successful for us over the past six years.We set up a Classifications Feed six years ago so that we knew we'd have the same set of data between solutions and only needed to use one ETL job on our end -- we know that it takes an extra day to get to Target Recs, but that's okay by us A few months ago, we noticed that our recommendation zones were missing products. As we dug in, it became apparent this was widespread. Due to a known issue in Target however, the Catalog still showed all of our pro

i am unable to see the lifecycle data in workspace. In assurance i am able to see lifecycle start firing but it has validation error stating - "Analytics post processed debug information is unavailable for this hit.Please note that this does not indicate a problem with the processing of your data. This specific data is an additional debug source to help you understand how Analytics interpreted the data in near real time.The post processing rules debug information provided by Analytics has to be retrieved within 24 hours from when the hit was sent to the Adobe Analytics collection service. To capture this data, you need to open the Assurance Analytics plugin. This plugin is responsible for gathering the debug data. If the plugin hasn't been accessed OR more than 24 hours passed since the hit was sent, this error will be present."

Hi Everyone We're having a "hybrid" set up in which we collect new data via the AEP Web SDK on e-commerce websites. For this, we're using the corresponding standard XDM field of commerce.order.priceTotal to get our revenue metric within Customer Journey Analytics (CJA). Additionally, we have Adobe Analytics backfill data coming in via the native connector through AEP into CJA. This data, however, does only contain the standard mapped fields coming from the legacy s.products string represented in XDM as productListItems.priceTotal and productListItems.quantity. Originally, in Adobe Analytics both information were used to calculate the revenue metric on the fly. Now, to ensure seamless reporting across historic and new data, we want to build a custom metric that "mimics" this calculation.  Are there any best practices or additional documentation around this?
