Hello!I am looking to enhance personalization a bit on our site, customers are able to do multiple types of transactions on our site, they can pay their bill, update service, or make ecommerce based purchases.  From funnel analysis we can look at the volume of unique visitors that view products vs services but what I am more interested in is a cumulative view.  For instance, if I look at the fallout to determine that 10% of my traffic views ecommerce and I look back 12 months, the top level number grows too to create a trend. However, from a segmentation perspective I would prefer to capture the total cumulative volume of traffic that has ever gone there.  If I know, for example you viewed product A in June, even if you never viewed it again, I would prefer to show you that product even if you've dropped off from a unique visitor perspective in August to that portion of the flow. I was a part of a discussion where one of the member shared an incident of witnessing entries more than the visits. But, he couldn't tell the reason behind that.Want to know your thoughts on the same. Has anyone experienced anything like that?Thanks in Advance!!!

Hi, I came through a scenario where the "Entries" shows numbers but the visits are zero. When looking at the overall numbers , the entries seems to be disproportionately high which impacts bounce rate calculation. (as we calculate Bounces / Entries )Can anyone shed light on why there are entries captured but the visits are zero for Pages ?ThanksShruthi 

Curious what situations it's recommended to use a virtual report suite versus a separate one to segment out data. And, if it's possible to combine report suites + their data together?

Hi Community - as the title my Company uses a data layer to capture visitor ID. The Visitor ID is the users email address with first and last name. The site is gated and the data layer is only updated once the user logs in.  Will storing this information in Adobe pose PII issues?

Hello All,Let me try to explain the scenario;Traffic Source of our website says - Typed/Bookmarked= 45%, Other Websites=42%, Search Engine=11% and Social Network=2%. As per our promotional activities the highest contributor should be Other Websites not the Typed/Bookmarked. We are running different campaigns for our website and using tracking code for all the campaign URL.As the performance of traffic sources are doubtful - I tried to drilldown in "Typed/Bookmarked" source. What I figure out is a good amount of traffic those are tracking code attributed - are being considered as "Typed/Bookmarked" traffic. My question is; these tracking code attributed traffic should fall under "Other Websites" - why the above mentioned situation raised?Regards Utsav

Hello All,Our organization is running ad campaigns through Triblio. The URLs they are using we implemented CID along with them to track whether the visitors are coming through Triblio ads or not. There is a huge discrepancy in data; For a certain time period Adobe data is showing 9.5K unique visitors where Triblio data is saying 4K. Considering one particular URL - Adobe Data says it received 500+ traffic through CID for a particular time period, whereas Triblio data is saying less than 100. What are the possible reasons for this? Any inputs can help me.Would like to confirm that the CID attributed link is in use for Triblio Ads only.

I know it's easy to set up a threshold alert when the website has an overall drop in visits ... but how can I set up an alert to notify me when any of our 100+ primary directories has a drop in visits? e.g. I can report on a drop in overall traffic to https://www.mywebsite.com ... but I want it to alert to me when https://www.mywebsite.com/Z has a significant drop in visits, without having to create 26 different alerts for:https://www.mywebsite.com/Ahttps://www.mywebsite.com/Bhttps://www.mywebsite.com/Chttps://www.mywebsite.com/Detc. etc. etc. 

I'm trying to set up the Analytics Health Dashboard at my organization for the first time. Then the macro for the OAuth token, which I generate using this playgroundhttps://adobeioruntime.net/api/v1/web/io-solutions/adobe-oauth-playground/oauth.html  According to the documentation, there should be a webpage that opens, but nothing does. So I go to the next step that says to click authenticate. I do that, it opens a browser, I put in my Adobe log

Hi All, I used to implement list var and capture in app measurement like this but it is not working in similar fashion with AEP Websdk implementation. Can anybody help me here -Issue - Listvar1 values are not populating in workspace, it is coming as undefined. .  I have attached all the relevant screenshots - 1. Data layer structure  2. Hello!  I am trying to track form completions that stem from certain pages on our site. I have a created a couple of fallout visuals but am confused by what I am seeing. When the fallout is changed to look at visits there are actually less form completion hits than there are when it is set to visits. I know there are instances when there can be more than one unique visitor per visit, but when I create these same visuals in CJA with people vs sessions, it is showing the same thing? Any insight or ideas into why this is would be helpful! Hi, I am working on the click performance on the cart page and Prop27 is the dimension that I would like to utilize. On the other hand, there are 3 types of Option Click (Prop27)1. Option Click (p27) (prop27)2. Exit Option Click (p27) (prop27)3. Entry Option Click (p27) (prop27) Thus, I would like to know what are the differences of these 3 and which type of dimensions should I select? Thank you in advance!    

 Hi, I am not sure if this question has been answered previously, as I wasn't able to find any solutions. I am trying to create a dashboard in PowerBI using data from Report Builder as the source file. I have scheduled the report to be published to PowerBI (screenshot attached) to run daily, but when I open PowerBI, I do not see the updated data. Am I missing any step or is there another way to set up the connection? Thanks,S Kala

how can i backtrack the origin of an unspecified hits under an unspecified hit from the page's GUID? the GUID of the page is just from the data layer. the page URL dimension is also unspecifiedthese comes from visits and unique visitor. but for page views, there is no unspecified data captured. thank you

I'd like to gather some ideas:Imagine a website with frequently added new content (e.g. content pages, or download items). Added content typically persists over a long period. Some content is used quite frequently, other content is a long tail.I'm thinking about creating a report that shows "recently trending" content (i.e. dimension items). "Recently" would need to be defined as a period. "Trending" content could beNew content that is instantly used significantly more frequently than other content.Existing content that is recently used significantly more often than before.How would you do that?
