Hi, I recently discovered the Return Frequency dimension, and need some help putting the dimension into context. 1. If I were to pair this with Unique Visitors and add a page as a segment, would this show the number of visitors who landed on the page, and then returned to any page on the site within these time windows? 2. When breaking down the return frequency buckets by Page, are these the pages that the visitor viewed at any point, or only during the return frequency time window? Thank you for your help!DW

Can anyone point me in the direction of any detailed technical documentation for the implementation of Adobe Analytics on SharePoint Online modern pages?  Preferably with examples?  Thanks! 

Do any best practices exist or examples of how best to use Adobe Analytics with SharePoint sites, documents, lists and libraries? We're in the process of setting up our SharePoint sites to leverage Adobe Analytics as an add-on for more in-depth reporting/analytics as the out of the box data from SharePoint is limited. Any help or suggestions would be much appreciated.

I have analytics questions.1. What is the business impact if we pass redundant variables (props and evar) with page call and "other" link calls?2. If I pass default selections (that loads when the page loads) in a list variable in the page load call, can we get clicks/click through for these values that are captured in list variables? Eg. If i pass the color, brand in a list var as they are selected by default on page loads, can I see how many times a particular color or brand type have been clicked/viewed? 

We don't have ECID available, so we populate fallback_visitorId or visitorId. Now we have to move to MCID and also have to enable timestamps for the hits. How can I achieve it? Do we have any document for it?

Hi, I am looking to understand if there is any reporting api 2.0 endpoint which can get me the below data? I am looking to get most popular link clicks (stored in v87) by the country (stored in v3) versus the count of visitors.   

HiI would like to isolate page views generated by a reload (regardless if it is automatic or manual). In the tracking I do not have any event/evar tracking this.For each page view I have the previous page tracked, so my first thought was to marked a page as a reload page if the current page URL = the previous page URL, but is there a way to make this kind of filtering? Hello folks, I have a usecase where eventually if a client decides to move away from AA and only use CJA. For the time being how do we send classification data into both AA and CJA?CJA is straight forward. We create dataset in AEP and create the connections in CJA. What about AA? How do I send classifications data into AA from AEP with the same above dataset created. ? Has any one done this before or could let me know some hacks ?Thanks

In the Api Documentation of the Adobe Analytics, we could not find details regarding whether or not fields supported by Adobe endpoints can have null values.Is there any way through which we can find whether the fields can be nullable or not?API documentation link: https://developer.adobe.com/analytics-apis/docs/2.0/apis/ Is there any other approach through which we could find it would be helpful.

I just to want to confirm if my current implementation is correct and gives accurate time metrics. In my React app on login, I use Adobe to track the user's id. Then for each of my page components, I add this code snippet and collect it into a dimension:window._satellite.track('page-name', {  pageName: name,});Therefore, to track subview (child) components:- Can I use the same snippet as above or will it interfere with overall page tracking? Would it be a better idea to create a new event/dimension called "Component Name"?- I am slightly confused on the time metrics documentation. If I have Page1 and Page2, it tracks time spent from when user triggers Page1 event to triggers Page2 event? Therefore, if I were to also use "Page Name" for the subview components inside pages, it will throw off the time metrics?

I have this error message when connecting Power BI to Adobe Analytics. {"error":{"code":"DMTS_OAuthTokenRefreshFailedError","pbi.error":{"code":"DMTS_OAuthTokenRefreshFailedError","details":[{"code":"DM_ErrorDetailNameCode_UnderlyingErrorMessage","detail":{"type":1,"value":"The given credential couldn't be refreshed."}}],"exceptionCulprit":1}}} The error gets solved once I re-login, but on scheduled refresh, the refresh gets failed every 15 days due to token expiry, can I do something to automate the refresh token for adobe, or create a service account kind of thing? How to solve this issue?

Hi there, I'm trying to find a way to define low quality conversion based on visits parameters and stuck if it is possible to do inside AA, without developers.We have click-to-call button and we would like to have it as conversion, but recently we saw increase in difference between count of calls and count of these events. Previously we also had a share of just clicks, but now it started to grow a lot. I reviewed users and sessions and found pretty straight forward definition: 1st visit + session < 1 min.First I thought to design a processing rule, but it appeared that processing rules have only hits parameters or props or eVars. Is there an opportunity to overcome this limitation or I need to reach out to developers if it is possible to extract visit number from cookie?Or I wouldn't be able to do anything with processing and I have to stay just with reporting - build excluding segment? Thank you in advance!

But if I try to connect Adobe Analytics with PowerBi via the connector I get always the following message "Expression.Error: Start and end parameters must be of type Date or Datetime.". Hello, I am trying to create a calculated metric which will get daily unique visitors dynamically if we change the date from. But not able to get the no of days dynamically when the panel date changes.e.g. if I change the panel date for 30 days it should divide UV with 30 and give average daily unique visitor. Thank you in advance.

I have a question about reporting based on audience qualification personalization in AJO.  We want to set up an email that will have content variations based on audiences.   I know there is this capability in the personalization aspect of AJO.  That being said, it is unclear how this would be reported.   If we create a report in CJA for that email, we could break that down by audience, but would that be the audience at the time they received the email, or is it based on the audience they are in currently?   Ultimate we just want to ensure we can see what content was shared to someone at the time of sending, but also don't want to create 40+ nodes with the same email just to see the different paths.  

As we know eVars persists. What are the other methods of viewing page views when I don't have prop for same value. Also, at this moment I don't want to change expire of an eVar from visit to Hit. Thank You.

Hello, Based on this page it looks like calls to this api are capped at 1 request per second. I wanted to check if this was capped on any particular level - i.e., is this based on the report suite or the organization for which the request is made? This didn't seem to be completely clear to me from the documentation linked

I'm trying to find the time spent in between form initiate and form complete. We have two webpages, one where form load and form initiated event and the other with form completed event.I have tried time spent on page with different segments - form initiated and form completed but not getting the desired output.Any Suggestions on how to create calculated metric for this or apply a different segment?Thanks!

Hi, I am trying to start upskilling in Adobe Analytics, I have been more familiar with Google Analytics thus far, but wanted to open up my expertise into other CRM tools. I am having trouble on how to build an effective study plan for myself, the adobe website is a bit difficult to understand how to download the software? Do I have to get approval from a company in order to access? Does anyone have any suggestions on how to start for someone with no Adobe Analytical experience? Looking to get the Business Practitioner Certification by end of the year.

I have to create report suite for stage and dev so I copied existing report suite which is for prod. I created that but I forgot to add 'stage' in the new report suite ID. How to change name of report suite ID for newly created report suite?

Real-Time Report: Real-time reporting showcases the traffic for the active visits on the site and ranks the dimensions. This real-time view helps to make decisions on changing circumstances of the performance, campaigns and respond to the changes quickly.   Configuring Real-Time Reports: Navigation: Analytics > Admin > Report Suites > Select a Report Suite > Edit Settings > Real-Time > Save or Save and View Report Enable Real-Time toggle to enable the real-time reports. You can create up to 3 real-time reports. You can add 1 metric, 1 primary dimension and 2 secondary dimensions per report. There are only few metrics and dimensions are supported in real-time reports. The selected dimensions should be unique. Some dimensions do not persist in real-time, if you select a non-persistent metric, you will see the below warning eVars are not supported in real-time reports. If you have created classifications, they will appear under the defined dimension. Once the r
