I have some cross-domain issues..We have website A and website B.We tried the "Visitor.appendVisitorIDsTo" to give the informations to website B but it's not working. Website B create is own MCID even if the adobe_mc param is in the url. So now we're trying to force MCID from website A into VID of website B. Hello there,I'm trying to export historical data via data feed from one of report suite which is older than 37 months.I'm getting this error"The Data Feed Can't go back further than the farthest back start date or 37 months"I'm not able to find any place "back start date"  anywhere in configurations.How can this be done?

Test project: one dimension, one metric (Visits).1) I right-click on Visits and select "Compare time periods" and from the options I select "Custom date range to this date range"2) I choose a date range and now I have Visits (with date range above it), Visits and a Percent Change column showing correct numbers.3) I replace the date range above Visits with a pre-built custom date range but the Percent Change no longer reflects the numbers I'm comparing. Why?Ideally, I would like to be able to change the panel date range and have the comparison date ranges change automatically but there doesn't seem to be a way to do this.How can I have five metrics with Percentage Change for each one comparing the panel date with the same day of the previous week?Do I have to manually update each of the five comparison date ranges (five metrics) every time I update the panel date range?Ali

I have built two separate segments for counting the claim started event.Count through Unique Visitors is bit higher than  count through hit or visit? It is highly unlikely. Can you please let me know why?

Hi,I have a segment 1- User type equal to A, and another segment 2- User Type does not equal to A.I am checking if the Visit report (without segment)  = Visit (segment 1) + Visit (Segment 2), and it turns out that Visit (without segment) < Visit (segment 1) + Visit (segment 2) across different months. Is there an explanation for this discrepancy?  Let me know if i should provide additional information. Thanks!

Hello,I am trying to pull a visits report. I noticed that there are instances where an MCID counts 1 visit on a particular day; however, when adding a paid search ID to that mcid, there are multiple IDs. I would assume that each paid search ID would count as it's own separate visit and roll up as the total for that MCID. Is there a reason why the MCID would only count as 1 visit despite multiple paid search IDs listed on that same day?

Hello, I am having a weird issue in workspace with some date ranges associated to Segments. Our segments are setup at a hit container, utilizing Tracking Code "starts with", as our operator. Our Tracking Code dimension has a 7 day expiration. When I utilize the segment in a Freeform table within a Date Range comparison, I see a different number for Visits & Revenue than I see when creating a Freeform Table under a new panel with the 2023 dates as the panel date range. Can someone help me understand why this might be happening? Shouldn't the numbers be the same? Thank you!

I have a user that needs Acrobat Pro to sign documents.  It is set up with her Adobe ID, but now that I have moved all users to a Federated ID she no longer can access her Acrobat Pro license.  How do I update the Acrobat Pro? I do not see that as a product that I can assign in the Admin Console.  

I am trying to setup customer attributes for the first time to sync Salseforce data within adobe for personalization.  I have uploaded a test file in the customer attributes source per instructions from Adobe https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/core-services/interface/services/customer-attributes/t-crs-usecaseFor the Alias ID to sync it looks like I need to create a corresponding ID in Adobe tags to reference this data source.  I did so with a new rule triggered on the DOM loading utilizing the following logic The value is a data element referencing "prz" as a query string.  Here is a copy of the test file I uploaded into customer attributes for reference as wellPersonalization IDLB Territorytest1234Northtest1111Southtest2222Easttest3333Westtest4444Northwesttest4321Northeast It appears that the last selection in the LB Territory column takes priority when inputting the data regardless of the personalization ID being used as a query string.  How

Hello everyone, I would like to make a segment including visits that went to a homepage and also went to a key site section (company for example)  Would the screenshot below be the correct way?? i am using page level segments and site section levels segments but when i use the segment for site section (homepage (index) or company) its 0 - Why is this? Hence I am providing only the page level segment example but I am afraid its including all page visits to homepage + page visits to company and not those within the homepage who went to a company page. I see also clauses for THEN  but i want everyone who saw the homepage and a company page.  Is there a more recommended way to capture these visits?  

Hi All,  Can you all help/provide some insight on how I can push data to the ACDL from the frontend? My existing W3C data layer is broken and missing crucial information, so I want to implement a patch fix using the ACDL. I plan to capture the information from the frontend and push it to the ACDL.Steps I followed :1.Created a data element using custom code for the click event.2.Implemented a rule in Events using the ACDL extension to push the data.3.In Actions, add the condition for pushing ACDL to the data layer and map the created data element.Data is still not being pushed to the dataLayer, or I might be implementing it incorrectly. Hi everyone!I am using the Data Feed and I can´t calculate the "Time Spent Per Visit" and "Time Spent Per Visitor" metrics. I've tried to use the follow tips but I can't obtain the values: Time spentHits must first be grouped by visit, then ordered according to the hit number within the visit.Concatenate post_visid_high, post_visid_low, visit_num, and visit_start_time_gmt.Sort by this concatenated value, then apply a secondary sort by visit_page_num.If a hit is not the last one in a visit, subtract the post_cust_hit_time value from the subsequent hit’s post_cust_hit_time value.This number is the amount of time spent (in seconds) for the hit. Filters can be applied to focus on dimension items or events. Does anynone have an example to calculate these metrics? Thanks everybody!

Hi,After i export some dimentions and metrics in csv format. when i open the csv file in excel, the dimension "hour" is called "date range hour" but the cell is in a weird format like "124061322" . Maybe i need to convert to a date format but i cant find how.
