Itemized Server Call Usage Reports

When running analyses on server call usage against reporting totals (e.g. occurrences for a given date range), data can be difficult to validate as a result of hits that were processed but excluded from reporting for whatever reason (exclude by IP, bots, etc).  It would be helpful to itemize these counts in Server Call Usage reports to simplify these analyses.
