Login Loop on Activity Map Chrome Extension

Hi 🙂 We have some users that are trying to use the Activity Map Chrome extension. When they sign in, they immediately get asked to sign in again. This happens on an infinite loop. I personally experienced this once but it started working without changing anything. 

I can confirm the user has activity map access, and that the page's report suite is configured for activity map. The person has also cleared their browser cache. 

Has anyone experienced this issue and know a solution?

Try doing the following:

  1. Go to account.adobe.com and sign out of your account.
  2. Delete all adobe.com-related cookies in your browser.
  3. Sign back into your Adobe account.

If that still doesn't work, repeat the above steps, but between steps 2 and 3, uninstall the Activity Map extension from your browser. Then after signing into your Adobe account, reinstall the Activity Map extension.

If all of that still doesn't work, then contact Client Care.
