Passing visitor ID between app and webview

How to pass the visitor id in the case when the app is using web view? So at some point during the app session an app may load a mobile browser as a wrapper. However, when this happens the wrapper initiates a new session. How can the app transfer the visitor ID in order to continue tracking the same visitor and the same visit?
