Pin projects in workspace

We have built a number of intro and overview dashboards for our users and it would be really useful if (as admins) we could pin dashboards to the top user's workspace lists - preferably by user group.

We currently use tags to highlight them, but if a user has a long list of workspace projects, the dashboards can become a bit lost.
