I tried to share a workspace with some of my colleagues and I received the following error message. Hope someone can help.

You do not have sufficient permission to access this feature. Please submit this error id to Adobe Client Care for further diagnosis: 4d839bed-ec49-4bd5-a28a-23940bc3a509

Maybe there was a temporary service outage. Try to share the project again.

If the error message persists, you can submit a ticket to Customer Care only if you are listed as a supported user. If you are not, then contact your Adobe administrators (they usually belong that user group) within the company and ask them to submit it for you.
